Our Destin properties have exceptional cleaning standards. All linens are cleaned and changed out after every guest! Home Layout: Level 1: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Sofa bed alcove (sleeps 2) | Laundry Room, Garage, Large Rear Patio With Propane Grill. Level 2: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Living Room, ½ bath and kitchen. Level 3: King Bedroom with bathroom (sleeps 2) | Full over Full bunks with bathroom (sleeps 4). You have access to the Miramar Public Beach by Pompano Joe's. 4 beach chairs are provided for your convenience. The home is provided with one golf cart. Furthermore, they will give you 10% off as well. This means all you have to do is call their phone number and tell them that you are staying with us. AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made to students or singles under the age of twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under the age of twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made. Check-In and Check-Out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10 AM - 4 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for a late checkout because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation. Thank you for understanding! Pet Policy: This property is dog-friendly for 1 to 2 dogs. $300 flat pet fee to be collected post-booking. Dogs must be well trained and less than 50 lbs. Loved the home. The home is beautiful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to Miramar Beach. Convenient to Elgin AFB and shopping outlets. One suggestion we would recommend is adding a child proof feature to the balcony doors. We saw our 18 month old reach up and pull down on the handle and open the top balcony door. Lucky for us we were there to prevent him from going onto the balcony.

The house was large and spacious with plenty of room for everyone. It was in good condition with plenty of bath linens. The sofa, kitchen stools and chairs had stains that looked like they could have been removed with a little work. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

We had ages from 15 to 79. It had something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay and the house was exactly as described . The golf card was ragged. They delivered a new one on the day before we left. We were a couple of blocks from the beach. The pool was really small for the community pool. Our 14 year olds only went once because it was too small. The TV would not work right on the bottom floor. Everything else was exceptional.

We knew we weren’t close to the beach, but the golf cart helped. Things we liked - floor plan and overall nice place. Things we didn’t like - the shared pool was extremely small - did not consider this an option. Did not care for location of being by the public beach. We’ve stayed in Miramar before and prefer other beach locations. The property on the surface looked clean however walking barefoot left bottoms of feet black and that was as of the first day. We understand there are always pros/cons but we would not stay here again primarily due to location. The condo itself as stated was overall a nice place.

The property was very very very nice. We enjoyed our entire trip. The place is very spacious and we comfortably fit everyone. A good ways from the beach but not a problem at all since a large golf cart was provided and there is a public beach with parking very close. We had so much fun and will 100% consider staying here again. Homeowners were also very helpful when it came to questions and information!

Beautiful home with plenty of space for everyone. Loved having the golf cart to easily get to the beach. The bonus refrigerator in the garage was a nice touch.
I felt apprehensive having my kids sleep on the bunk bed as it was very wobbly and did not seem safe. It also would have been nice to have simple kitchen items like salt and pepper and cooking spray. Other vacation homes I have rented had thoughtful touches like that.
All in all, a wonderful time was had.

We loved the privacy the home provided between parties as each floor had its own bedrooms and bathrooms. We went with another couple and booked this property literally last minute around midnight the hint before we checked in due to Hurricane Ian heading to our original destination in SW FL. The booking and check on was easy. Someone even messaged me back at midnight to help us check in for that day.
The house is equipped with a golf cart which is super handy to have to take to the beach which is a few blocks away and around the backroads. Just be aware you cannot use the golf carts at night or when raining.
The beds were so comfortable! We have never slept so well on vacation. We had a smoke alarm go off at 3am, and I emailed the property manager and it was fixed immediately the next day. My only complaint or recommendation would be to please put in a full length mirror somewhere in the house. The only mirrors were in the bathrooms at counter height. Also, make sure to bring hangers as there were none in our closet.

Great Property!
We loved our time at this beautiful home. The only downside of the visit was the construction going on behind the home. Also the listing said 400 ft to the beach. So we all thought it would be walking distance to the beach. It was definitely not. We did use the golf cart every day, so thankful we had this!! But overall we truly loved our time here and would definitely come back next summer.

Great house for group
Great location. Short walk to Pompano Joe's or a quick ride in the golf cart provided. Be aware parking at the beach by Pompano Joe's is limited during peak hours. House had all the basics needed for a comfortable stay. Kitchen is stocked with the basics pans and utensils.

The first floor has an alcove with queen size sofa bed. We had an elderly person in our party who could avoid stairs staying in the first floor bedroom, since main entrance is on the first floor. Kitchen is well equipped. Property management was very timely responsive for our needs.
The nearest public beach is Miramar Beach, and it was fantastic, although it is 5 minutes drive away. The property includes electric cart for 6 people. Parking on the beach is getting full by 9 am, as well as beach itself. If you do not mind longer drive, there are more public accesses to the less crowded beaches within 15-30 minutes of driving.
One important thing for people with pets. The property allows middle-size dogs for $200, but dogs are not allowed on public beach without permit, and permit could be obtained only for the residents of Florida. If we knew this in advance, we would not bring our dog.
Otherwise, we were lucky, weather was nice, we had wonderful time.

Spring break week for moms and daughters
We had a great trip with lots of room for everyone on three floors with four bedrooms. The golf cart is an added plus and so enjoyable rather than taking a car. We did have a little trouble getting a response in regard to garbage pick up, but a neighbor helped out. As I've experienced with other rentals, would be nice if they kept spices, oil or other misc items that people leave behind. We had to get more kitchen "basics" to cook, such as salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Don’t go during a holiday… it’s 10x the people…
