Nestled in Miramar Beach, this lovely house for $613 per night is a great option for your next break. "Knot a Care," a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home, located in the desirable Frangista Beach neighborhood, is steps to the DEEDED, PRIVATE beach. No need to fight huge crowds from high-rise condos! The neighborhood pool is visible from the back deck and can be accessed from a wooded backyard path that epitomizes old Florida beauty. Enjoy COMPLIMENTARY seasonal beach service, including one umbrella and two chairs, during your stay from March 1-October 31. The kitchen boasts granite countertops with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything the chef in your group needs to cook up a fantastic feast. Additionally, the main floor includes a roomy living room and dining area with seating for 10, along with a powder room and one, of two, master suites. The first floor master suite has a king sized bed and twin bunk beds, en suite bathroom and access to the back porch. On the second floor is a second master suite with a king sized bed, private balcony and en suite bathroom with luxurious upgrades including a whirlpool tub, tiled walk-in shower, and dual granite vanity. You'll also find a third, large bedroom with 2 double/twin bunk beds and a private bath. This bedroom has a tv, dvd player and lots of childrens' movies and games to keep the kids entertained. Frangista Beach has been featured in Coastal Living magazine and is a private enclave of single family residences with a secluded feel, yet minutes from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, The Village of Baytowne Wharf, Silver Sands Premium Outlets, Big Kahuna Water Park and a variety of family-friendly dining, shopping and entertainment venues. It is walking distance to Pompano Joe's, Bad Ass Coffee, The Whale's Tail and more. Whole Foods is a short 3 miles away. Parking available for up to 3-4 vehicles. Bedroom 1- King and Twin/Twin Bunk, private bathroom Bedroom 2- King, private bathroom Bedroom 3- 2 Twin/Full Bunks, private bathroom 1 Pack & Play is provided for your convenience. While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, napkins, condiments, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation. Due to HOA restrictions, tents and canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach.

We love this neighborhood and this was a great house in great shape. It's clear the owner takes great pride in this house and every detail was perfect. House even included a welcome basket with some snacks to get us going after a long drive.

Our beach house was spacious, clean, and well taken care of. We enjoyed our stay. When we asked if we could stay a day longer, the owner made it easy. My only complaint would be that we were provided with only 1 kitchen garbage bag, and one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. This meant our first trip to the grocery store had to include household items as well as food.

The location of this property is absolutely perfect for spending days lounging on the beach, and the chair/umbrella set-up each day was a wonderful bonus. The stretch of beach you have access to from the property via the locked gates is one of the nicest we saw (we walked a mile in both directions on the beach). We used the neighborhood pool several times as well, and the kids enjoyed it. The house is quite large with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Lots of kitchen utensils. The house was generally clean though there are a few areas that could use a bit more than a surface clean (nothing that needed immediate attention while we were there). We'd recommend it and visit again.

This home was perfect for us! So comfortable and had everything we needed for a great week! We had our three kids (12, 15 and 17) plus two of their friends with us and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the short walk to the beach, and also spent time at the community pool. Loved being within walking distance to ice cream, good food/drinks, shops. Overall I would highly recommend this property and we hope to be back someday!

Great place for a family vacation!
Stayed here with my family and my aunt and her family and it was a great place for our annual family vacation! Location was great and close walking distance to beach and pool. Awesome that we had 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach with our stay so it was super convenient for anyone wanting to hang out on the beach for a little while without having to drag a bunch of stuff. Nice walking distance to a few stores and coffee shop. Close driving distance to everything. The house was very clean and the rooms were much bigger than they appeared in photos. Plenty of bathrooms for a larger group. Great place to stay!

Great house in Frangista Beach
We love Frangista Beach. We go there at least once each year. It's nice to have smaller houses like this so just our immediate family can go, in comparison to all the giant multi-family houses (which we also use). This house was well stocked with all the essentials and had plenty of living space. Our boys (4 and 7) loved the bunk room. The check-in and check-out process was a breeze and ownership was very responsive to the one phone call I had to make to them.

The Perfect Beach Getaway
Celebrated my daughter’s 9th Birthday on a long awaited trip to the Gulf Coast. Plans were thwarted by Ida’s wrath, but Knot A Care was the perfect getaway. Although our vacation didn’t go quite as planned, this sweet house was perfect to be held up in. It’s gorgeous, so many beautiful amenities and close to yummy food. Would 10/10 book another stay and planning on it!

Our family had a wonderful time. This home is comfortable, clean, and very well stocked. Darby is a very accommodating host and so easy to communicate with. Our family of 6 adults and our 16-month-old grandson had plenty of room.

The house was immaculate a short walk to the community pool and beach. The host Darby was super responsive which made communication a breeze. The house met all of our needs we had a group of 10 and it was perfect! Will def book this property again! Beautiful and very comfortable home in a great location. We had a little glitch getting in but the owners handled it fairly quickly and even gave a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant on the beach for any trouble. The home across the street was very noisy on Friday but the rain squashed the party.
