the room was clean, there was good shades on the window, hairdryer & showergel provided.
There was noone at the reception. There’s a bell but nobody is coming. (Pressed 5x). There are 2 phonenumbers to call if you arrive but nobody picks them up, they hang up or the line is busy/phone is switched off. Kept calling and after about 5 calls finally they sent someone but had no idea about my booking.
The kettle was filthy. There was no towel.
Smoke detector is taken off.
Quite noisy hotel.
Wifi only worked at the reception not in the room.

Between the previous guest and me, no one even had a look at the room and cleaned it. The bed sheets were not changed and still the ones from the guest before, there was a used coffee cup on the nightstand, the trash can was full, there were no towels and soap, the shower was full of hair and overall it was extremely disgusting! This is not really a hotel and definitely not worth 50€+. Do not go there!

very nice rooms, clean and modern bathrooms, close to the city center.
no one was there when we checked in but the cleaning lady was helpful and showed us the room.

location. On the road to Austria
cheap-looking room. noisy upstairs guests. As staff is not present at hotel, I had to talk to guests myself around midnight (in my pyjama). Took another hour for them to quiet down.

The staff were very helpful. We had accidentally booked a room with separate beds, but the hotel manager was able to move us into a room with a twin bed.
It was quite cold in the rooms. Our stay was also during maintenance, so the main lobby was closed most of the time (luckily there was a side door). The bathroom in our room was brand new, but there were some wires dangling (for the hair dryer) and the shower drain didn't work well.

Good location, next to the bus station, supermarkets, shopping area, and restaurants.
The receptionist was very helpful.
We did the check-in earlier, and he tried his best to assist our requests.
Even though the room was not equipped with a kettle, he brought us one upon our request.
The reception is open only a few hours a day.
There is no elevator available for disabled persons or for big bags.
The room is very small, and the space is insufficient to store luggage for 2 persons; Old and dirty furniture in the room.
The bathroom was full of mold;
There is no refrigerator in the room, and the hotel did not offer us the option for breakfast;
Some rooms in the hotel were being renovated. The renovation team started from 7 in the morning with a deafening noise. We couldn't rest properly during our stay (4 nights);
No iron was available in the hotel.

We were looking for a hotel as a stopover, this one was perfect for us. Cheap, good location so we had breakfast nearby. Everything you need is within a few meters from this hotel.

The Hotel manager Ved was very helpful. There is a bus stop just at the doorstep of the Hotels entrance. So if you're coming from the airport directly by bus you could reach

The location was nice, easy access by bus to and from the Frankfurt Airport, easy access by bus, train to the Frankfurt center.
The room inside was looking old and with luck of maintenance. I have been to the same hotel before the COVID pandemic and it was fine.
For example:
1. The reception was opened 2pm - 20pm max. It was usually present a young boy, app 10 years old, polite, english speaking, but too young, able only to ask his family on the phone, when we placed questions.
2. The chair in our room (12) was broken, the hanger in the bathroom was broken, the shower in the bathroom was broken.
3. The closet had no cloths hanger, the boy at the reception managed to find 4 hangers to assist.
4. The WiFi was too week, taking long to send the emails.
We belive that the hotel has potential, but need a more professional attitude and some investment to become acceptable.

Loved to stay there, had to spend a night during our eu trip, made booking last minute, room was ready and clean when we arrived, great location/8mins drive from Frankfurt Airport / check in was completely contactless and hassle free /apart from the bad signal 😅/
Spacious room and bathroom with hair dryer, towels, comfy bed, bath gel, tissues. Overall it's a great place to stay a night or 2.
And most importantly dogs are welcome/our 3yrs old Frenchie was with us/ with no extra fee or weird comments, thank you👍🏻
Only 1 bad point was the smell of cigarette / I'm a smoker too, but never indoor.

I was in need for late chek in ( midnight ) . One call to hotel resolved situation , they left a key of my room in a code lock to pick it up . Hotel is in the middle of everything , close to shopping center , bars , restaurants .

Location is good. Thare are many shops nearby.
I forgot some of my stuff in the hotel and upon contacting hotel I did not get any reply. Room was very small, when I came in shower was broken. There is no elevator I had to climb 3 flight of stairs with my luggage.
