We had a wonderful time in this home in Anna Maria. The 4 king bed bedrooms with private baths were all very comfortable and extremely beautiful! The home had a golf cart and bicycles for our use.There are restaurants, cafes and shops all within walking distance. And of course, the beach is right there!

This home worked great for our family. My wife’s parents were with and the elevator made things very easy for the them. Everything was spotless and perfect. We even went fishing with a place on their recommended list and had a blast. Captain Major knew what he was doing! We saw dolphins from the deck and fell sleep to the sound of waves. We will be back.

Serendipity Duex is my dream come true. From the mind blowing Caribbeam color water like views, to the elegant high end decor, the architecture of the home, it is like something out of a fairy tale. The home is well stocked, spotlessly clean, the marble showers are spacious with various heads (which were appreciated), the pool and its arches feel like they’re straight from architectural digest. I’ve rented high end properties all over the world and this was hands down my favorite. A+ would be an understatement. Also the hosts were very kind and responsive. Thank you for your hospitality. This is a dream come true I will never forever. A place in time that will stand still.

Our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 12, 11 & 8), my 70yr old Mom, as well as my sister & her 11yr old daughter stayed comfortably & happily for a week of Spring Break at Serendipity Deux!! We loved the location, luxurious decor, endless amenities & gracious host, Rick!! Highly recommend!!

We fell in love the moment we arrived. This cute little beach cottage was exactly as we’d envisioned. Even with homes on either side, it felt very private. We loved having access to bikes, paddle boards and kayaks and used them daily. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed having access to Coppertone, the golf cart. What a fun way to see the island.
We lived in the ocean and saw manatee and dolphin galore. Nightly strolls to Bean Point for sunset became our new normal. We even flew a kite!
We didn’t have a chance to meet Rick and Lyn, but we did meet Dan and Goose (property managers) who could not have been nicer. Goose contacted us prior to arrival and made sure we had everything taken care of so we could relax and enjoy.
We left our hearts on AMI. Thank you for sharing your home with us and allowing us to bring our daschunds too. This made the trip even more special having them with us.

The living, dining and kitchen were large and open! The bedrooms were fine and the beds were very comfortable. We also lucked out and were able to use a golf cart that belonged to the owners but is normally not part of the rental. The linens were clean and plentiful. I brought beach towels but there were so many at the house we didn’t need to. The bathroom is functional and I actually liked the open style shower for running in and washing off. The house doesn’t have central AC but the units work very well and we were comfortable the whole week. The House was also VERY clean. All in all it’s a cute house in a perfect beachfront location. Everything was taken care of by the owners. It’s no luxury home but it wasn’t gross and the furniture was clean and comfortable. You can’t beat the price for beachfront with all the aminities provided for a small group. We have a great time and we will definitely rent from these owners again.

Really enjoyed staying at this cottage on the beach. Wonderful location right on small, almost private beach at very North end of the island. Appliances and carpeting a bit « worn » but in general things were clean and as advertised. Nice to have functional washer and dryer on site. Communication was good and repair person came by to check that things were good.

Awesome property and amazing hosts!
We had an absolutely fantastic time! We decided to take the trip at the last minute on a Friday evening, and the hosts were extremely nice and accommodating with everything, considering how late we arrived. We really appreciated that! The house had everything one would need for having an awesome time on Anna Maria, including bikes, paddle boards, and a kayak for two. It would be comfortable enough even for an extended stay! The beach was great and allowed for privacy while enjoying the sunrises. Overall we were really impressed with how much care and thought Rick and Lyn put into providing a great experience for their guests!

We had a little of both with our stay. Spent some time fishing on the pier, exploring on the bikes, walking on the beach and reading on the patio. Everything you need is here- we especially appreciated the bikes and comfortable beds. We would like to come back when it is a little warmer to try out the kayaks. The water was a little too cold for us this time around. Close enough to restaurants, shopping and fishing, private enough to feel like you are on your own little island.

Being ON the beach and waking up to have coffee and watch the sunrise was fantastic! Location on the beach was also super convenient for sister-in-law who brought the baby for a visit (it was so nice not having to truck all the baby amenities/accessories back and forth to the water). Perfect Location!!
This little cottage was exactly what we were looking for. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island. We saw dolphins, manatees, stingrays, a sea turtle, and many birds everyday while we were there. It is a very kid friendly place. Our 9 year old caught and released the biggest starfish we had ever seen at low tide. The cottage is owned by a couple that owns/manages several properties on the island. Just ask for anything you think you will need and they will do their best to make sure it's there. The cottage is very comfortable and is on a street with much larger and expensive homes. We loved it and will definitely be returning to AMI. We chartered a fishing trip for half a day, went to the Aquarium in Sarasota but mostly spent our time enjoying the beautiful beach. The cottage is located on the beach about 30 steps to the water - the closest we have ever been!!
