Situated in Myrtle Beach, this lovely condo for $479 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner unit on the 20th floor of the Carolinian resort is our vacation home. When we aren't using it, we make it available via VRBO. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people, and the sofa is not a sleeper sofa. It has tremendous ocean views, and the East and South and West exposures mean you can see sunrise as well as sunset. The primary bedroom has a single King bed in it; the other bedroom has 2 Queen beds (which is rare for our resort; they're often full size beds). Both bathrooms have been converted to shower only in 2023; they are both large, tiled showers and easier to access than either of the tubs were. The unit has central air-conditioning, high speed internet (upgraded to 100mb service in 2023), cable TV, and a wireless speaker system. We like to cook, so the kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pans and dishes/glasses for your use. The refrigerator has an icemaker, the kitchen sink has a garbage disposal, and there is a new and very quiet dishwasher. There is a 50" TV in the living room, a 40" TV in the primary bedroom, and a 40" TV in the second bedroom. The living room has a leather and 2 side chairs. There is a glass-topped dining table with 4 chairs. We have solar shades in every room; when they're up, they keep the view front and center. When they're down they filter both light and heat to keep the rooms comfortable. If you need blackout conditions for sleeping, the bedrooms also have blackout blinds. We provide a set of sheets and a set of bath towels for your use during your stay. We also provide a set of sand/pool towels in the unit. Please don't confuse the two (it's clear which is which) or try to run sandy beach towels through the washer in the unit. We have already had to replace one damaged washer that way. You're welcome to wash bath towels during your stay. There are laundry pods under the kitchen sink as well as dishwasher pods to get you started. Note that any additional detergent you need you're responsible to purchase. Our unit also has a beach wagon, sand chairs, an umbrella, a soft sided cooler, and a couple of boogie boards you are welcome to use while there. The unit has a large stackable washer and dryer in the unit. The complex has several other washers and dryers available. Note: we cannot typically accommodate early arrivals or late departures due to the popularity of this unit during the season and the time it takes to clean between guests and handle basic maintenance. When we can, we will, but there is an additional fee for adjusting our team's prep time (starts at $50). If your flight time or drive time is going to put you into the early check in zone, please ask for this ahead of time; we do try to accommodate it when we can. We do not charge a separate basic cleaning fee; that's part of your nightly rate. Excessive sand in the unit may incur a cleaning charge if it takes us extraordinary measures to remove it; please leave the beach AT the beach. The complex has a foot washing station.

Decided that Thanksgiving needed less hassle and more getaway. Luckily, Mom and my Better Half agreed. It was a first visit for some of us and minus the cold winds and weather, this was an excellent introduction to Myrtle Beach. This unit, with its space, views and location was the best base for us to explore from. It really was as advertised. Parking was easy(I was a little worried for Mom) and I appreciated the ease of check-in and out. Bottom line, the next time we come to Myrtle Beach, this is the first place I'll look for.

The condo is exactly as stated with fantastic views… One negative, we were chased off the patio many times from all the pot smoke that was coming from other condo patios.. This is not controllable by the owner but it is unfortunate.

This condo was fantastic. Easy access to the beach and super close to all of the main Myrtle Beach attractions. Located on the 20th floor, the views were spectacular. The owner did an amazing job of communicating the important things for arrival and made it easy to stay in touch if we needed anything. I highly recommend this place!

Absolutely loved the condo! We had everything we needed.. the kitchen had everything you could need to cook or entertain. The common space was comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bedrooms were large, comfortable and nicely decorated. The showers were recently installed and were fabulous! We really enjoyed how convenient the place was to everywhere we wanted to go.

The condo was as described. There are a lot of places within walking distance for food. It was very easy to get to and easy to access as there were codes for everything so you didn’t have to fumble with any keys. We really enjoyed our time and will Vrbo this condo again when we return.

Very good stay, worth the money. Very clean. We arrived early after asking to checking in earlier and they made effort to accommodate. The lady was cleaning when we got there and was very nice as she finished up and gave us a lot of valuable info about the room/property. Room was spacious and nice and pictures do accurately represent the room.

Spent Christmas here with my husband and mother and it was great. The view is amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony just listening to the ocean. Parking garage was close by and easy to access. Location was great and allowed us to walk along the beach. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to returning again!

My families first time to MB could not have been any more wonderful! I searched long and hard to find a space that myself and my husband, two grown daughters and 5 year old grand daughter would be comfortable and have a great experience. I am pretty great at trip planning but outdid myself when I found this condo. The floor to ceiling windows were the highlight of our stay. That alone was worth the money spent. I cooked breakfast each morning and there was everything I needed to do so. Having two full baths and two queen beds along with the king really made my decision to stay here. We used the laundry daily and it made the stay even better. The balcony is just right and although we did not use all the beach equipment they provided, the backpack chair came in handy for my daughter. The unit is just about perfect! Of course we all have our preferences when it comes to our beds, pillows, etc, but I have to say we all slept great each night! We heard no exceptionally loud noise during our stay. I would stay again in a heartbeat if we decide to visit in the future. The Carolinian resort itself is good, I recommend getting there a few hours early, finding a spot in the 15 min. lot and getting a luggage rack and loading it up early. My husband went to the airport to get the kids while I waited, (we drove).Check in is at 5 pm, but it was super busy then and a little chaotic with check ins-outs going on. I sat there and guarded our stuff and watched the ocean & of course the people! We got an elevator pretty quickly. Overall, we rarely had to wait any more than a ,minute or so for the elevator. There are three that run. The pools and hot tub were always full of kids, buy hey, they are having fun on their own vacation! The beach was great, only a short walk to the sand. Thanks to Jason and his crew for an amazing beach experience!
