About this house rental
Located in Siesta Beach, this lovely house for $889 per night is a great option for your next break. All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused. This is a designer 3 bedroom (3 king beds OR 2 kings and 2 twin beds) + separate private den with a luxurious single bed/3 bath charming cottage beach home. SLEEPS 7 PERSONS ONLY INCLUDING CHILDREN/BABIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Gorgeous heated saltwater waterfall pool + cozy corner spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night), parking (2 spaces). Sea Palm House has been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Our house is ideal for enjoying a beach getaway where you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your large screened in Florida Room/patio. Swim in our heated saltwater pool, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. We also have a ping-pong and a small pool table. The private tropical setting is located right across the street from Beach Accesses #8 and #9 and three short blocks to shopping and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. The house is fully stocked with everything you need in order to enjoy a luxury vacation. A wonderful house for a "girls trip" to celebrate our 60s! Owner is very responsive. House is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Heated pool with spa jets perfect for cool January weather. Location can't be beat, 1 block from beach access, 4-5 blocks from Ocean Blvd with all the Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this house!

The house is absolutely five stars. Cheryl is very responsive and the house is lovely. The heated pool is very private and all the bedrooms are very nice. The overall home is well designed, spacious and in a great location. It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and a ten minute walk into town. We will definitely stay there again as everyone gave the home a big thumbs up (and we have a very skeptical, critical family)

We have stayed at many rentals. This one far exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have gone any more smoother for our family as we celebrated my parents 70th birthdays. My mother is often hard to please and she just couldn’t stop talking about how practical, clean, and nice the rental was. We had 2 kids, one just shy of 2 y.o. We were terrified of what we thought were wine glasses at the bottom of of portable wine counter top. It turned out to be all plastic. This place was not only beautifully decorated, but kid friendly. It was a chilly week, so the heated pool made up for it. My kids had a blast!

My friend group of five traveled from the West Coast and the Northeast to meet for four days in Sarasota. We were not disappointed with the property or location. Although not exactly right across from the beach access, the beach and the village were both walkable. The property was well appointed and well cared for. The owners were fabulous in their communications and responsiveness. We would be happy to return.

We had the BEST time at this VRBO. Everything is super updated, clean, and bright. It's just the perfect beach home for a family or group of friends to stay in. The beach is quite literally across the street, and the owners have set it up so you have everything you could possibly want to take to the beach with the convenience of a beach cart. You are also very close to the shops in Siesta Key, and they are easily within walking distance. The pool guy and the yard workers came while we were there and they were both super friendly! We would love to come back and stay in this house again. Would recommend to anyone!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Cheryl’s cottage. The house was beautiful, clean, spacious and the pool was a major plus and larger than I expected . The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and local restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again

Cheryl is an experienced host who literally "thinks of everything" guests might want or need. The single bedroom with the barn door off the large living room was perfect for the 2 1/2 year old who recently transitioned out of a crib. The kitchen was well equipped and the thoughtful "welcome" coffee packets were appreciated. The main suite is huge and was welcome respite for tired grandparents. There are plenty of restaurants and diversions in town, just a few minutes of walking away. We had one day of very loud construction noise across the street (large home being built) and Cheryl handled the situation very professionally, including speaking to the developer. Fortunately that level of noise was just that one day! We highly recommend!

This was the perfect house. It was clean, had everything we needed, and the location was amazing: easy walk right to the best beach we’ve ever been to. Plus they had a really nice pool, and beach toys, umbrellas, chairs, and carts to take to the beach. We will be staying again!

This house and location was an extremely low key and relaxing vacation for us. We had two 17 year olds, 77 year old Dad and my wife and I in our upper 40’s. Very spacious and we literally stayed in the pool for hours everyday just hanging out. A quick walk to the beach or village amd plenty to do for all! Any questions or issues were addressed right away! Great attention to their renters needs! Would book again!

The 3rd bedroom was quite small as was its bathroom and closet. All other rooms were roomy and comfortable. The Master bedroom was amazing!

We came to Siesta Key from out of town. We are regulars to the area for vacations. Never have we ever experienced what we have with this company. The house was cute…pool is warm but not as hot as many in the area. We followed the instructions to report issues with the house if there are any. Well, after having groceries in the refrigerator for 4 hours, the temperature had crept up to over 50 degrees. We contacted the renter who told us to get ahold of VRBO, and that we shouldn’t stay in a house without a working fridge, and we would get a full refund. The renter did not give us a full refund, and we spent a day of our vacation trying to find a new place to stay. Beware of renting through this rental company.

From day one (through five), our experience was stellar. The property is beautiful, comfortable, and on an avenue away from street traffic but so close to the ocean and shops. The property manager was always available and helpful with any questions we had. My friends and I would 100% stay here again, and we LOVED our inaugural visit to Siesta Key!

We loved our stay at Sea Palm Cottage! It was perfect for our family! The owners have thought of EVERYTHING which was extremely helpful and appreciated since we flew in. The location could not have been better. It is 2 houses to the beach access parking lot and about 0.4 mile easy walk to the village where all the restaurants and shops are. Everything you need for a day at the beach is provided. The cottage is very comfortable and perfect layout for families.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Sea Palm Cottage and appreciated all the detailed personal touches making our stay comfortable! It is walking distance to the shops and restaurants and most important a short walk to beautiful beaches. It was well stocked with all the beach equipment you need and when you wanted to get away from the beach, the pool was amazing!
