Situated in Niagara Falls, this lovely house for $365 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. We have just remodeled this home, we added a state of the art for bathroom downstairs, central air conditioning, all new floors, and fresh paint. *** Your Family's HEALTH and SAFETY is Our Family's 1st Priority *** New York State Has the lowest transmission rate in the Country. Almost everything that is fun to do is outside in Niagara Falls. We have taken many extra precautions and Have implemented extra steps, We'll be Cleaning, Disinfecting and Sanitizing, All contact surfaces in the home, To help ensure a Healthy Vacation. (see: New Cleaning Fee) Welcome to our beautiful 2000 sq ft. 5 Bedroom timer 2 1/2 bath Home. It is in a wonderful neighborhood minutes from the Falls, Aquarium, Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, delicious local cuisine, fantastic shopping and many family-friendly activities. The home has 5 Bedrooms, a fully appointed Kitchen, formal Dining room, a spacious very comfortable Living room, a Full bathroom upstairs, a full bath and a halfbath down stairs, Central air conditioning, and laundry services. 655 Chilton, This house was built in 1920 and is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Niagara Falls. Just minutes away, we are within walking distance of all the major attractions. If you look through our pictures, the first thing you will notice is how Large the home is, over 2000 sq.Ft. This home is very warm and inviting. Our number one priority is to make you feel relaxed and comfortable, We want you to feel "At Home". There are five beds to choose from. they are all very plush, You should get a fantastic night sleep. Each of the bedrooms have more than enough closet space and drawers for a long stay. Some of the other amenities are: Free Wi-Fi (100 mbps Internet) Large flat screen SmartTV with Roku (netflix, Hulu, YouTube, the Etc.…) Radiator steam Heating and window Air conditioning, Clothing washer and dryer, Ironing board with iron, A fully appointed kitchen including all brand-new Ceramic pots and pans (minus the food of course) A large Backyard, We have many brochures and maps from local attractions for your convenience Our home is located in one of the Best locations in Niagara Falls. All of our neighbors owned their own homes and take wonderful care of the neighborhood, it is very quiet and safe here. Feel free to walk around at any time of the day or night. Again, we are very conveniently located, Close to shopping, Great restaurants, And of course all of the attractions mentioned above, please make sure to talk with me before heading down to the Falls, I have a lot of beneficial information when it comes to where to park and how to get to the attractions in the easiest way. Also, we strive to keep a clean space for our guests, but if we have missed something or you find an issue with our rental, please let us know right away. so we can take care of it for you. Thank You :) Remember,... you can walk to all of the attractions, They begin the aquarium less than 5 blocks away. The bus stop for city travel is located East down our street (Chilton) on Main Street. There is also a bicycle/walking path that goes South along the Niagara River Gorge parallel to Whirlpool street and takes you directly to the Falls. Of course there is always "Uber" and "Lyft" available. House Rules: We want to keep our space safe, clean and comfortable for all our guests and ask that you please follow these House Rules: • There is no smoking on the property, no parties or events. If you need to smoke, please go out by the front sidewalk. Please dispose of cigarettes properly. • Absolutely NO drugs allowed on our property. We will call the police if drugs are in use. • Please, no food or drink (other than water) in the bedrooms. • Please be considerate of your surroundings during your stay and treat our home with courtesy and respect. • Please keep the back door locked. • Please, no food or drink (other than water) in the bedrooms. • If you need us, please call/text Check-in/Checkout: • Check-in is 4:00 PM – we may be able to accommodate an earlier check-in. Please text/call at least 2 days prior to your stay so we can see if we are able to allow you to come earlier. • Check-out is 11:00 AM or earlier. Also, please text/call me when you check-out. • Check yourself in with keypad. If you have any "Last Minute Additional Guests", please contact me and we will take care of it. If you exceed the number of Guests that you have booked and you do not contact me, you will be charged a fee of $50/person. If you exceed the home’s safety “Occupancy limit” (10) you will be charged a Penalty Fee of $500. If any Guests damage the home, you may be charged for the repairs/cleaning, up to $2000.

This old house made our trip even more fun. Easy to check in with a coded door. Tons of beds! Everything was clean. Location was awesome. We had 3 cars and had no issues with parking right out front.

Great property in a very quiet neighborhood. This is a huge older house with plenty of sleeping and sitting arrangements. We enjoyed our stay very much and felt like a 2nd home! The owner was very good with communicating and helping us. This property is very close to the main attractions which was fantastic. Definitely would recommend staying here!

We had an awesome stay at this comfortable, roomy house. It had everything we needed. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. He also provided excellent walking directions to Niagara falls from the house as well as restaurant recommendations. I would definitely stay here again!

I was disappointed with this stay, as well as the other guests in the house. It was unbearably hot downstairs, as there were no fans or air conditioning. There was AC in three of the five bedrooms, and fan in the fourth bedroom, and a fifth bedroom that was so small - with no AC or fan - my guest ended up leaving and booking a hotel. We had electrical issues the entire weekend (lamps needing bulb changes, switches not working properly, or switches not set properly in this old house, lights continuing to go out because, according to the owner, we can't run the AC upstairs on high). Then, the one TV in the house was not functional. For some reason, the volume didn't work. After we complained, the owner came by the next day and promised to come back that night with a new TV after he couldn't get it working either. He never came back. So we spent the entire weekend (Fri.-Sun.) hot, in the dark, with no TV. Our last morning there, a little juice dripped on the floor from a fruit cup my grandbaby had. When I wiped it up with a paper towel, it was black! That confirmed to me that the house was not cleaned properly. It looked like the wood floor hadn't been mopped in a year! The dining room table also looked dirty when I first entered, and upon pointing that out to the owner the next day, he assured me the house was clean and the table was just worn from previous use. I don't stay at rentals very often, and this is the reason why. Very disappointed!

The large home that can sleep 5-7 people- did NOT have setting for that number of people to use the living room. Need more seating. Wi Fi was awful, could only watch to or three stations. Big disappointment in the advertised large private back yard that we hoped to use with family and young children... was overgrown with trees and tall grass. The back porch was about to fall off. I paid way too much for this place. Location was great to get out and do the falls and area restuarants.

good location to see Niagara Falls Park/Falls

In its hay day, the house was a very nice, well constructed craftsman home. It was reasonably clean inside. The carpet appears to have been recently installed. It’s obvious more upgrades and updates are needed. Nice quality living room sofa and love seat, but the sofa was extremely stained. There was a double cover on it to hide the stains. There was space in the living room for 5 people to sit at once. The dining room furniture was nice and sturdy, seating for 6 & two stools. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and an extra room with a twin bed is the fifth sleeping area. The extra room was probably a sitting area/office space. Two mattresses didn’t have mattress covers and all mattresses need to be replaced; pillows were super flat and rather uncomfortable. When I contacted the property owner to request that mattress covers be provided, they were brought and installed. There were not extra pillows available in the house.
The only TV in the house was a 42” TV in a very long living/family room; It would be great to have more TVs in order for occupants of different age groups and interests to enjoy TV watching.
The lace sheers in dining room were noticeably dirty. The curtains in the living room did close completely at night, which was a little unsettling.
The house needs upgrades to the electric circuitry. The light in powder room did not work. When reported it to the home owner, he addressed it by installing a stick-up light that plugged into the wall. When the light came on, I saw that there was a couple other stick-up lights in place that didn’t work. There was an extension cord that ran from the downstairs living room to a bedroom upstairs to provide power to the window unit.
Several doors were locked in the house; unknown what was behind the doors. The information warned to keep the rear doors locked. Basement had a strong odor of mildew and sour water.
Though plentiful, bath towels were thin. Bring your own.
The kitchen exhaust fan didn’t pull out fumes or smoke from cooking. We cooked bacon in the oven and the house was extremely smoky with the old fashioned exhaust built into the wall. The pots and pan selection available was somewhat minimal. The owner supplied some toiletries; No grill. Overall, it served as home for 3 nights and with continued attention to the inside and outside, it will be a star property in the future.

The house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood close to the falls and there is a park and trail at the end of the block that runs right next to the Niagara gorge. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the Buffalo area. Definitely want to call out the neighbors across the street who within the first couple hours made it a point to welcome us to the area.
