Located in South Forest Beach, this charming condo for $565 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The villas at Beachwood Place are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through their website. Located on South Forest Beach Drive, this second floor, oceanfront villa offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a combined living room - dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The bedding for this villa consists of a pillow top, King bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. There are three flat screen TV’s (living room, master bedroom and second bedroom). WIFI is available. There is a private balcony off the master bedroom and living room overlooking the beach and pool, in which to enjoy the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The villa is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Laundry facilities are located on two floors of the complex. **Weekly rentals only Saturday to Saturday in the summer months and a 3 night minimum in the off season months** **Call for daily rates & availability, some restrictions may apply**

View is worth the stay. Location is great. Condo was very clean. But it is very dated. Furniture is old and uncomfortable.

Overall the stay could have been fantastic but suffered due to the extremly loud construction next door. It was loud grinding noise which prevented us from using the outside area including the patio. This went on over the weekend as well. While I understand there is no control over construction next store, they must have known it was going on as it was a major update. It should have been disclosed and they should have reduced our cost given the price we paid and we picked the place in order to sit outside and enjoy the ocean noises.

We arrived around noon on Saturday the 26thAll seem wonderful until my husband lifted the seatIn the bathroom and seen poop splattered around the Rim of the toilet, later on I start to cook dinner, and it seem to Be pancake batter under the burner on the stove,The shower head could be updated in the master bath along with the nobs and something saying what is hot and what is cold,Other then that my vacation was fine .

We have stayed beachside at Beechwood Place several times over the years. This unit is by far the best one to date. Although the condos are laid out the same, this owner was smart with selection and positioning of couches and tables so that the unit felt updated, fresh and more spacious.

We had a great time staying on this property! It was impeccably clean which it what matters most to us. Very comfortable beds & nice linens! Our only disappointment were the beach chairs. They are worse for the wear, one very rusty that ended up on our beach towels. The proximity to the shopping & the beach bars in the immediate area was awesome!! Other than the chairs, we had a very enjoyable stay!! Thank you!!

This is our favorite place to stay! We will probably never stay anywhere else! We love the condo and location! It’s comfortable for our little family! Perfect distance from everything and private beach entrance and pool! This is our second year in the same room! Our living room air conditioner was not working but the other rooms were working fine and fans helped keep it cool so it did not hinder our vacation and we had a kiddo stay in there on the sleeper sofa. Again, we love this place so much and any time I’ve had to speak to someone the are all so polite.

Beach vacation
We had a great vacation in this rental. When we first arrived the floors were sandy and not cleaned well. I contacted the property management and they sent someone out to clean right away while we went down to the beach. They were very responsive. We also had the air conditioner go out one day, and they had someone out that same afternoon to fix it. The location was perfect: very close to Coligny plaza and Celebrations Park, and the view from inside and on the balcony was beautiful. We liked that the complex was quiet at night, there were no loud people keeping our child awake at night as we have experienced at other places. We would definitely stay here again.

We've stayed at this unit twice now, and it's the perfect mix of private & "in the middle of it all." We can ride bikes or walk to the many shops and restaurants around the Coligny circle, but at our building the feel is private and secluded. The building is small, so the pool is never crowded. Access to the beach is easy and quick. The only negative to me is the tiny shower in one of the bathrooms (so I just don't use that one). We would definitely come back for a third visit.

It was the perfect spot to enjoy the beach as well as the surrounding venues. The only negative to the whole vacation is the size of the second bath off the bedroom. A large person could not fit in the shower
