Nestled in South Forest Beach, this charming house for $484 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Stay ocean-side and enjoy many benefits of an oceanfront complex. Guests staying in Beach Villa 13 enjoy a landscaped courtyard pool view and won't cross a street to reach the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches. After hours in the surf, vacationers dip into the freshwater pool. Toddlers enjoy their separate wading pool. Beach Villas are three-story townhouses located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Beach Villas are within walking distance of Coligny Plaza & Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Also within walking distance is the new Lowcountry Celebration Park which has become quite popular with both tourists and locals. This property has a pedestal mounted charcoal grill on first floor patio. Beach Villa 13 is a gated community, and has easy access to the villa with ground floor entrance and carport. It has updated kitchen and baths, wireless internet, and a lovely outdoor dining space. Beach Villas is a small quiet complex that make for the perfect relaxing vacation. King in the master bedroom, queen in bedroom 2, two twins in bedroom 3, and a living room sleep sofa. the pictures are deceiving, the balcony and terrace level need a good clean, the sofa is outdated and just not clean, the cook wear are so old and scratched that I was afraid to use it, the floor is just horribly squeaking, toilets are not working properly and the water in the master bedroom in the tub is not draining properly. we will never rent this property again and will not recommend to our friends. very disappointed.

Very nice cobdo for my wife, 2 kids and each brought a friend. Enough room for all 6. Clean pool and very close to the beach. Perfect. I would recommend highly!!

This unit is in a great location, but it was the worst unit we have ever stayed in (especially for the price). The unit was dirty...puzzle pieces on the middle of the living room rug told me it was not vacuumed. Spilled water on the kitchen floor resulted in a black paper towel. There were no amenities stocking the unit...literally no toilet paper (not even a roll on the dispenser; we had to run to Piggly Wiggly before we could use the restroom), paper towels, facial tissues, soap, shampoo, or trash bags. The only thing there were two dishwasher tabs. No dresser in the master bedroom. No TV in the queen room. A stain (blood? poop?) on the master bedroom light switch. The unit was outdated, ill-equipped and dirty. Do not stay here.

This unit was disappointing. No sheets for pull out couch bed, dust was very thick on light fixtures, headboards and bathroom walls, no dresser in master, no hanging space and tiny dresser in bottom bedroom,, so much extra bedding and pillows that it took away space from our use, broken closet doors, laundry room cabinets filled with junk thrown in them, back patio and bottom floor closet filled with previous renters beach JUNK, food on floors from previous renters, furniture not returned to original layout, laundry room cluttered with cleaning supplies that need moved to actually use the dryer, rugs that block doors in bathrooms from closing, broken dishes and bowls, outlet cover not attached in living room, no cover on remote control (taped to secure), extra large cockroach in trash compactor, wall vent to basement covered in thick dust. Property manager walked the unit with us on request and found us alternative accommodations. We do not recommend to anyone unless some attention to cleaning and some updates are made.

The villa was a great place to stay for our vacation. A few small things could have been better. Some light bulbs were out and the lighting in the kitchen area around the table could be a little brighter. The sofa sleeper was on the middle level and it would have been nicer on the lower level like it was last time we stayed at this villa a few years ago. There was not an iron or board in the villa and some small fans would have been nice in the bedrooms for some "white noise". Extra garbage bags would also be nice. I'm being pretty picky but overall the villa was awesome and we are very happy with our stay. The location was perfect to the beach and the circle either walking or biking. Thank you for a wonderful vacation week at a great property.

This condo is beautifully decorated with lots of special touches. Special features include a very well stocked kitchen, a balcony and outdoor patio area and a great variety of beach supplies like an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogie boards. The property is beautiful as well and the walk to the beach is very scenic.

Great location. Condo is outdated and in need of some general maintenance. Mattresses are heavily worn and very uncomfortable. Living room sofa has a sway like an old horse. Pool water was cloudy at times and poolside trash cans were overflowing and not emptied all week.

Great location!
Great location and proximity to everything you need…beach, pool, shops, groceries, ice cream, and restaurants! Short, easy walk to the beach…we took an 8 month old baby and all the things they require and had zero problems going to and from the beach.
Inside is nicely decorated and the split level layout worked well for us.

Great vacation!
We love HH and know the island well. The location of this condo didn't disappoint. It is close to everything the beach, shops, grocery, trails. The floor layout is great for the family, two masters upstairs, living on the main and bedroom downstairs, everyone had their own space when needed. We will be happy to come back one day. Thank you!
