A pleasant stay. I came with a smile and left with an even bigger smile after a month

I appreciated the friendliness of the staff, more especially Samuel. A very helpful and considerate guy who is always ready to help with almost anything

Gate access.Having to wait some time to be allowed to leave or enter is bit of an inconvenience but not a train smash.

Hasate Review

The staff were very good and welcoming. The room was bigger than expected and the shower as well. The TV has allt of different options and also has very fast Internet. The rooms are clean, and they offer cleaning services throughout the stay when requested , so that was a plus. Would definitely recommend.

Did not enjoy it at all.

Location is in a bad area and the room needed some serious cleaning and maintenance. If I wanted to go out I needed to phone them to open the gate for me every time as they dont give you a key. I found this very uncomfortable and ended up not going out even though I had planned to

our room was very big , comfortable and clean also it was very quiet . no disturbance .

there was no toilet paper nor shower gel .

Flying to your destination, you expect the basic stuff to be in your room.

The bed were of good standard. Samuel, helped me with the parking at the venue.

No dripping tray. Bath towel and bedding look 2nd handed. Desk - no knobs on drawers and it looked like someone tried to destroy the top. The desk chair looked dirty. The bathroom door was badly damaged by water...

loved the location, outdoor area and comfy bed, but fails short on finer things. e.g. hot water

staff friendly, great location close to bus terminal, nice outdoor facilities

room much smaller than advertised no bath, no hot water- had to have a cold shower, window broken, kitchen utensils non existant or broken (pan had no handle), no chocolate on arrival (as advertised!)

Dit is glad nie volgens standaard nie, geen breekware in kombuis slegs 1 bord en koppie sonder piering swak eetgerei en fasiliteite nie op standaard nie. Sameul was baie vriendelik en behulpsaam.

Passable

I just like the place ,it's a quiet place.The rooms were clean.

I didn't like their Wellcome reception,the time I book they told me that check in time is from 11:30 and I told them I m coming 12pm.To my surprise I check in 12:30 but they were not yet ready with my room.I have to sit more than 30 minutes for them to finish cleaning.Second complain is I have to cut short my stay because my partner was complain about the door,there was a problem with the door.

The noise on the other room was too much with loud music.. Owner must have something in place for the noise cause those guyz didn't want to listen to one of the staff when he told them about the noise.Rather than the stay was perfect

Gardens and braai area amazing and staff very friendly

Drunk and loud clients not been taken care of and also no coffee or tea or sugar and kettle in room and also no breakfast as promised and advertised

wouldn’t choose to stay again! Samuel was a pleasant enough chap at front of house

the linen was clean and bed comfortable

There was no free private off street parking we could use. toilet didn’t flush without removing top of cistern,electric lights of questionable safety wiring exposed in bathroom, cupboards with doors missing or nearly hanging off.
