Superb

Superb location close to the three bridges. We had a lovely room that had been finished to a very high standard. The owner lives in the same building so is available if needed. The room had a large window looking onto the canal. Great for people watching.

There wasn't anything we didn't like but it would have been good to have two chairs (there was one) so we could both sit at the window when it was too wet to go out and maybe have a glass of wine and watch the world go by for a bit.

Couldn’t have been better for our first visit to Ljubljana

Spacious apartment (& bathroom), tasteful decoration & furnishings with very kind & helpful host. Learned all about family history & connection which added an extra dimension to our stay. Superb location riverside in old town with many eating choices nearby.

This is the perfect place to stay in Ljubljana, and when we return we will be booking to stay here again.

Firstly the location is unmatched, with bars, restaurants and the river right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was very clean, very spacious and comfortable. Our host was an absolute treasure, she was kind, knowledgeable and very accommodating.

Great location in the heart of Old Town but not comfortable bathroom/shower.

The location is ideal. It is in the center of the Old Town with restaurants and shops all nearby.

Stayed in Room 104 which has a tiny shower making it difficult to shower comfortably. Also it is too small to change in the shower room. The toilet and sink is in a separate room from the shower making it very inconvenient. The main frosted glass door to the room is in front of the bathroom and shower room making it uncomfortable to change right outside of the shower. There is no mirror except a very small one above the sink. The owner tried to be helpful but was not very competent and her English was limited.

This is the place to stay in Ljubljana - I will be back for sure

This is more than a flat. It is full of history and memories. One feels immediately at home. I came here alone on a work trip, and everything exceeded my expectations. The location, the quality and tranquillity of the room, clean and with a great shower. Wifi is super fast. Oh and the view - every morning I would open the window and would just stare at the canal and people strolling - just beautiful!! When I arrived it was past midnight but the check in was smooth and no issues at all, Bojana was super friendly and welcomed me with her beautiful smile. I will be staying again at this place for sure.

Absolutely nothing to say here. Everything was perfect.

loved Ljublijana!

Excellent location. Our host Bojana was so kind and made sure we were comfortable. She worried about the noise from the street but the apartment is very well insulated and high above street level and there was no issue at all.

accidentally turned off the water boiler switch so we had not hot water until we realized. It would be useful to indicate what the switch is for and that it should be kept on,

Loved our choice of accommodation and would return to Julja and Robert’s apartments and rooms.

The location was great!!! And the accommodations were clean, comforting and welcoming. But best of all was the history of the family and its connection to the apartments and rooms. We got a warm welcome and introduction to the family pictures on the walls!!

TV was tricky to use.

Good location and nice, clean Apartment but the overall experience was not satisfied.

A big Apartment very well located in the center of Ljubljana

The welcome was not really warm and there was no possibility to keep the luggage in the house at the day of arrival and departure. The bathroom had a bad smell.

downtown apartment, big enough. Efficient double windows to avoid the noise coming from the terraces downstair

Minimum equipment in in the kitchen: no coffee machine, no microwave, no toaster, size of the strainer ridiculous.... minimum furnitures: we use the ironing board as living room table ( not so bad as you can adjust the height) 2 lounge chairs and 2 office chairs not very convinient for holydays. impossible to sleep with open windows due to the noise downstair and no air conditioning (Fan only).

I adore this place and the hosts! Highly recommended!

The location was simply magnificent, between the river and one of the main tourist pedestrian streets! My windows overlooked the lively street scene right next to the river, but sound-proof double windows kept noise from being an issue when I wanted to sleep. The room and bathroom were both large and bright. There was a common area with a fridge and coffee/tea available. The best part however was the incredible hosts! They were incredibly responsive and communicative before and during my stay. Bojana noticed my birth date on my passport when I checked in on the 13th, and greeted me with a happy birthday on the 14th! On my check out day she helped arrange a taxi and she and her husband helped me with my luggage! Fabulous property, fabulous hosts, top notch recommendation well deserved!!

It was fine for me (I'm tall) but if you're short you may want to be cautious about the tub. It was a big step down when stepping out of the tub to the floor.

Lovely last-minute stay

Fantastic location near to all the main sights in Ljubljana. Lovely building and the room was spacious and clean. Owner very friendly and helpful.

Not much to fault, just a kettle in the room (not shared) would have been a bonus. The bathroom area also didn't feel very private due to the frosted glass. It's an old building though so quirky and the room was good value. I still recommend staying here.

No reception, you need to call in order to check in. The shower needs a curtain.

Bojana is so friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.

The location was perfect for walking around the city and enjoying all of the local restaurants!

Exceptional

Modern and comfy room with double windows (next to the vibrant river district which you don’t hear when the windows are closed), great shower, nice owner and a house with an interesting story. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place anytime! Perfect for people liking a central location and are not disturbed by some noise.

The accomodation was perfectly clean and stylishly furnished. It is in the middel of the old city center, surrounded by good restaurants and café’s. The Host is really friendly and had some great tips! Would absolutely recogment this place!

Perfect place. Good bed, nice big room

We had a problem with an earlier booking. This booking was fixed within 5 minutes. The owner of the appartment accepted within 5 minutes.
