very close to centre! lady staff in morning was very friendly however evening at night staff were not nice at all!
A strong smell outside on our landing although room was okay. don’t understand why sink is located inside the bedroom and not in washroom/toilet! no lock on toilet either. room phone didn’t work and upon asking staff to fix nobody came to fix it!

The hotel is at good location. Nice service and it was clean.
The rooms are really bad. The toilets and bathrooms are not separate from the bedroom and if you go to toilet you don’t have your privacy

Nothing at all. Just that its opposite grand bazaar.
Nothing at all. Toilets are so tiny no space to wash face or shower. Not even water complimentary if asked. Rooms too tinyy no space. Keep luggage and u cant move even.

The location is the best thing about this hotel, breakfast is amazing, staff is helpful.
However, for 100€ a night I believe you could do better!.
Bathroom is super tight, the toilet washer was spreading water everywhere. The walls are thin, I could literally hear the man next door snoring, the taxi service to the airport is unbelievably expensive 50 euros.

Pros: the location is excellent! You're in the heart of the city and can go to every places either by foot or by preferred transportation means.
The rain dance installation was the best feature of the room.
Cons: we were greeted nicely, when we arrived but the service during breakfast as well as the immobility of not being able to bring atleast just a bread to your room really caught me off guard. This was the first time I heard about this as well as the last on our entire trip in Turkiye. The other two remaining hotels couldn't care less and even offered us since we really just wanted to relax and sleep in.
Service at the breakfast was not very nice and was even looking at me and checking if I did not sneak off a bread or two after I asked. What's the purpose of this attitude? It's not like I haven't paid enough for the service and the breakfast that I supposed to get? It's not like I am going to waste the food? I was awake and my partner wasn't but also wanted to try the breakfast hence we forced ourselves to wake up earlier. The only good thing about the breakfast was the cut Simet bread, the Guzleme and pastries apart from that, it was very mediocre for a 4 star hotel.
Second: The bedroom was in the first floor just a thin wall behind the staircase as well as just one staircase away from the reception. You can imagine how loud it was from morning to evening. At our first night, I woke up from laughters and loud chitchat like as if they were just behind our door and I can assure you all, I am a deep sleeper. I normally can sleep everywhere and directly go into REM mode but that was the reason why I woke up at 8 and decided to try the breakfast whilst my partner was still fast asleep. You can also empathize that I didn't take it nicely, when I was told that I wasn't able to continue my breakfast in the room on top of, not being a breakfast person anyway, so I probably would have just taken some fresh coffee from the machine (not the nescafe ones they offer in the room) orange juice and a bit of bread.
Third: The bathroom is beside the left side of the bed... Yup.

It was modern and well kept. The members of staff where outstanding-polite and helpful. All the receptionists stood out and Fatuma the room attendant who created lovely towel designs for us every morning!
Some areas like the basement need attention. I wanted to use the gym and the treatment area but it was not welcoming. The area had an unpleasant smell and the facilities in the treatment area needed some care and attention. It was not an area where I could relax! This was a pity because the lady offering the treatments was lovely but the area let her down!

The hotel was clean and the room even though felt small was clean and comfy. The bed was very good and had a great night sleep. Staff very helpful and very friendly. Location is good.
Breakfast looked nice but personally didn't enjoy anything on menus but that was my personal preference. And water from taps wasn't the greatest as would cut in and out. WiFi from my room wasn't the greatest incase that might be important for your stay.

room handles were broken. after room service carpets still dirty.

The staff. Especially Farhaad , Furqaan and fayrooz as well as the big guy at reception. very very happy with the service and how pleasant and helpful they are .
the location is very close to the tram line.
We were a couple that had a room next to a family room, it can get very noisy due to small kids running up and down the passage and banging doors and ringing bells and the parents and kids speaking on top of there voices at midnight and pass mid night, but I cannot blame the hotel. I can Blame the Brainless parents ( Arabs I think) who have no manners and consideration for other guest .
I had called reception one night to complain because I was rudely woken from my sleep , in less then 2minutes they had sent someone to attend to my complain. very good fast service from hotels side .
Hair Dryer works for only few seconds at a time. have to wait around 2-3minutes before it works again and then also only works for few seconds.
