Excellent location. Wonderful breakfast.
We stayed 4 nights. Just one water bottle was provided. They were not replaced when room was cleaned. Just 2 teabags (different teas) were provided. These were also not replaced. Considering the cost this felt a bit minimal.
We paid an additional €40 per night for a larger room. The room was still not large so pleased we did.

It was an exceptional experience, that my mother and I had during our recent stay at your hotel. From the moment we arrived, your staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
My mother especially felt cared for and valued on her birthday, both by the hotel and the rooftop restaurant.

Location excellent. Breakfast good.
Cleanliness of carpets in hallways and stairs. Beds mediocre. Kettle in room broken but replaced when reported. Lightbulb out but replaced. Taxi arranged by hotel at first tried to drop us off on the sidewalk near the ship. He said he works for the hotel but was not instructed to take us to the drop off at the ship!! Much arguing then he took us to the correct drop off. Very unpleasant end to stay in Istanbul!!
