This hotel is excellently located. It is within easy walking distance of the major attractions in the old part of town and also to tram stations to go further afield. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I stayed at Hotel Nena for four nights, and honestly, it was one of the most comfortable stays I’ve had in Istanbul. The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sultanahmet, with the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and Grand Bazaar all just a 5–10-minute walk away.
I was also lucky enough to get a room upgrade with a beautiful view of the Bosphorus. You could see the bridge in the distance on one side and the Blue Mosque on the other. The room was spacious and comfortable, making the stay even better.
Breakfast was great too, with a nice variety of Turkish options. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist.
Overall, I had a really good experience at Hotel Nena and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sultanahmet. The location, comfortable rooms, lovely views, and welcoming staff make it a great choice!

Positives - I loved the location of this property - very close to everything the Old Town has to offer. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great.
The hotel is a boutique hotel and smaller than I expected. The gentleman handling my luggage was very nice and offered me coffee while I was waiting to be checked in, however the person who was handling my check in was not friendly - nothing bad just indifferent and I did not feel welcomed. He suggested a night cruise to me and it felt a little pushy. There was little interaction from the staff during my stay (2 nights) which was disappointing.
The hotel offers breakfast, however the choices are limited and the quality of food is not great (although I liked the coffee).
Regrettably, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel - mainly because of the indifference I felt - a stark contrast to my experience at The Story Hotel Pera two years ago, where the staff were wonderfull and the room was great.
I cannot state that all staff at this hotel is the same but I would suggest that the management keeps reminding the staff of the importance of being friendly and welcoming to all guests.
