Nous avons passé un super séjour !

La gentillesse du personnel et leurs explications. La situation géographique de l’hôtel et la diversité du petit déjeuner.

La télévision, pas de chaînes en anglais malgré le changement dans les réglages de la tv. Et le service du petit déjeuner lorsqu’on venait à 9h, la dame nous enlevait les assiettes et les verres à 9h440 alors qu’on avait pas finit et que le petit déjeuner se termine à 10h

Worst experience.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location. It is in the center of all shops and restaurants. The tram is available within walking distance.

Everything other than location. 1. The room size is too small to even fit 2 people. 2. Staff is not at all helpful or friendly. 3. Breakfast was completely bad with no variety. 4. Breakfast was supposed to be served but all items finished by 9 am and staff was not at all helpful.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL.

I liked location and staff. Location is good, near Ayasofia. Staff are good and attentive. EDITING. They are cheaters, thieves and liers. They answered my Google review that they never charged me for trasfer, and that's my fantasy. So, they basically stole my 60 Eur for transfer they never made.

Room was stinky and smoked. I ordered airport transfer for my mom, driver should pick her with the sign. Driver was not there. She had to pick a taxi, as driver never arrived. Hotel manager said that she supposed to call him and charged me 60 Euro. NEVER ORDER A TRANSFER FROM THIS HOTEL. "Spa" was awful, "Free access to spa" means one hour of turkish sauna. "Spa" means two saunas in the basement. They are cheaters, thieves and liers. They answered my Google review that they never charged me for trasfer, and that's my fantasy. So, they basically stole my 60 Eur for transfer they never made.

Unflexibel und irreführend

Das Frühstück war gut.

1)Direkt vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine Großbaustelle, unter anderem mit Lärm von Kreissägen. Darauf wurde vorher nicht hingewiesen. 2) Den Spa-Bereich konnte ich nur ein Mal gratis nutzen, obwohl diese Einschränkung nicht auf booking stand. 3) Wir zwei befreundete Männer mussten in einem Ehebett schlafen, obwohl wir Einzelbetten wollten. Ein Zimmer mit Einzelbetten war ab unserem dritten Aufenthaltstag in der Etage unter uns frei! Wir durften aber nicht umziehen. 4) Das Badezimmer stinkt nach Kanalisation.

Ons verblijf in Gulhane Park Hotel

Het hotel was erg schoon. Elke dag werd er op de kamers goed schoongemaakt.

Het ontbijt vonden we helaas erg tegenvallen.

No gusta na en absolutamente

Todo. La habitación muy pequeña y cuando les dicho que me lo cambian no quieren .no cambian las fundas de almohadas ni sábanas . El personal me miran muy mal porque no les compré sus productos de turismo . El taxi 🚕 del traslado me piden 60 euros 💶 lo coge por 35 . El último día he dejado las maletas preparadas en la habitación y sale a las 9 y le dicho que puedo tardar depende del tráfico a las 12.35 me han bajado las maletas abajo y tiraron un libro mío my importante de trabajo como cuesta 200 euros 💶 han ido a buscarlo en la basura . Pues no consejo a nadie por ese hotel es de 2 estrellas 🌟 es mucho por ello

Fabuleux séjour

Tout! C'est très propre. Les chambres sont confortables. Le personnel est aux petits soins. Ils font tout pour vous rendre service, vous aider, vous guider. Ils sont apaisants, ils sont d'une douceur incroyable. Ça fait du bien de voir que ça existe encore. En bref, cet hôtel est parfait pour visiter Istanbul. On les remercie. On y retournera

Супер местоположение. Очень чисто - уборка номера каждый день 10/10 Опытный персонал и обычный завтрак. Нашей семье очень понравилось в вашем отеле.

Coming back to Istanbul….not to Gülhanepark hotel!

Location!

Bathroom dirty. On arrival placed in smoking room ..smoke smell from AC unit …had to remove hair from bed. Water pressure so low showering was hard!

next timw to istanbul i am avoiding this place, too expensive, lacking hospitality!!!

the location, it is good and calm area

first, staff is not polite, except valleys. internet is not working more than is working. too expensive place for not so much content, and quality of breakfast. covid 19 measures are not even respected besides on put symobls on hotel. waiter during breakfast puts bread and food with bear hands, without glvoes. breakfast us very poor and not tasty, lacking quality. during my check out waiter wanted to take my room key while I was having breakfast. also too pushy on providing some services, lice tours.

An honest review.

The staff were so nice The location is perfect.

The breakfast was 5 out of 10 not that much options, i think they should put out more options as a 5 stars hotel. We had a lightbulb fallen from the roof above the door and i reported it the day after. Yet no one fixed it. Kept as a hole in the roof. Would be better if they fix it.

Wont stay there again.

Basically there is nothing to like in this hotel, only staff can speak English and arabic and thats a bit help.

They didnt clean out room in our 2 days stay, springs of the mattress were broken, AC is to bad.

Great value hotel with nice breakfast and tasty food at Rooftop barerrace

Lovely hotel, very clean, nice room , great facilities and great location.. Very friendly staff , special thanks to staff member "AZIZ" who was very very nice and helpful.

Overall good stay, excellent location and nice people. Decent Turkish breakfast

Staff were very nice (especially Aziz). Location is excellent and close to Hagia Sofia and Sultanamet. Many good restaurants in the region.

The AC doesn’t cool down. the room was a little tight but okay. One of the photos on booking showed sea but this was not even close.

Good value for money

Everything! Good location, very clean and light room. The Wi-Fi was excellent. Good breakfast. Zuki, the daytime receptionist was very helpful and polite. The hotel also has a spa with a Turkish bath, which I tried and highly recommend. I opted for the Cleopatra package, which includes a coffee scrub, foam body mask, aromatherapy full body massage and facial mask. It was an unforgettable experience!

Unfortunately, there is no good sound insulation

Staff were very helpful and Kind especially Zeki. Location is Great, very close to tram station. Housekeeping was perfect. The bathroom was clean. The bed was comfortable but the bed cover was a little small.

The room was too small,hardly for one person and we were two, they said all hotels in Istanbul are like that. The view was really bad . Breakfast options are really so limited and not served in a good way, it should be better. The Hotel can't be rated as 4 stars one .

We loved it here and would stay again.

The staff is extremely helpful. The location is good and public transport is convenient , hotel is 2 mins walk away from the tram stop and around 8 mins walk to the metro station. and 10 mins to Eminonu ferry station

The bath cubicle is extremely small and the balcony doesn’t really have a good view

Disappointing

The view: huge construction site 3 metres from hotel. The relaxation provided by drilling sound in the hotel, every day, except Sunday. The breakfast: very, very poor.

We would like to thank the owner and Zeki from reception for their kindness and helpfulness. We asked them if it's possible to leave a small bag at the hotel for several days, while we travel in other parts of the country. They made us the best offer they could do: 15 EUR/day! These guys really wanted to help us. They were absolutely not interested in ripping us. Thank you guys! Good work and good look further with your future customers.
