Clean rooms. Welcoming staff.
No Refrigerator access. No ac or fan. Cooler was very noisy. The Electric wires in front of hotel was a a bit scary

Great service and facilities. Staff was very helpful.
Our room did not have air conditioning. Breakfast was simpler than expected.

Good location, clean hotel and the staff speaks English. There is a cook to make omelettes or scrambled eggs for the guests every morning. Also every day they offer new bottled water in the room.
The breakfast could have some more variety (but it is already very good) and the breakfast area was cold.

The hotel was great. The room was very comfortable and the shower was excellent. The breakfast included delicious, freshly made huevos Mexicana. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is perfect. It is near a couple great parks and tons of restaurants and cafes.
Sometimes the wifi is hit or miss but we weren't there to watch tv.

This was an excellent hotel and pleasurable stay worth the original Booking fee of $650 USD for 5 nights. I had originally rated this hotel as a 4 because of a problem I am having with Booking.com. This hotel was excellent and worth the money and is a 10 rating.
However they charged an additional $165 deposit and said it would be refunded in a couple of days and it has been 5 days no refund. This sometimes is a typical scam especially with resort type hotels. It as never disclosed beforehand this deposit was due upon check in. Pay it or don't stay. UPDATE: THE HOTEL WAS NOT AT FAULT AND THERE WAS NO DEPOSIT AND BOOKING.COM ORIGINALLY ACKNOWLEDGED A PRICE WITH TAX WHEN I BOOKED IT. HOWEVER WHEN I RECEIVED A BOOKING EMAIL THE PRICE WHEN CONVERTED FROM PESOS WAS A $100 HIGHER. THIS IS NOT DUE TO CURRENCY CONVERSION, THERE IS NOT THAT MUCH DIFFERENCE, AND I AM STILL COMMUNICATING WITH BOOKING. BE CAREFUL TO CONVERT ALL CONFIRMATION EMAILS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE PAYING THE ORIGINAL QUOTED PRICE.

Same trip, we stayed here twice. Staff is amazing. Kudos to Veronique & Fabiana. Loved their cheerful smiles and great help. Doormen, hospitality, breakfast servers, all were wonderful, made you feel at home. Spa room was amazing with hot tub, wonderful shower, huge king bed, so comfy. Washer & dryer was super convenient and free to use. I would highly recommend this boutique hotel

The location of the hotel is very convenient.
Breakfast selection was minimal.

All the staff are helpful but Juliana is the best, she helped with booking day trips then unfortunately cancelling for us, giving advise when I was feeling sick & even walking with us as we left.
Friday market outside the hotel was good although a bit noisy when setting up.
Noise from the bar across the street & traffic.

The wifi connection was a bit spotty. Sometimes it worked awesome and sometimes it was hard to take calls. But aside from that it was excellent.

Circulo Condesa was a great stay in the heart of the Condesa neighborhood. The staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. The room was basic but well appointed and comfortable. We especially loved the bed and the balcony with the view.
The only downside to this hotel is that it does not have AC. Our room was quite warm, so we asked for a fan which was promptly delivered. However, given how hot it was, AC would have been much better.

The location is fantastic. If I were to live in Mexico City, I definitely choose this area with plenty choices of restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is cozy yet modern and functional enough to stay for business.
The area serving breakfast is dark and there are few choices. The hotel has nice terrace bar upstairs and it would be better if the guests can have breakfast there. In any case, I can't expect too much for this type of small boutique hotel though.

best thing about the hotel is the location. Its a pretty nice hotel that could be great with a few changes or new management. Breakfast was just OK. Staff at the front desk did not speak much English so they were not very helpful. there are odd things about the hotel like the mini fridge is locked, that they promise you a free drink when you check in but you end up having to pay. you have to phone the front desk to get a hair dryer and toilet paper. But the location is great and the bed was very comfortable.
it just feels kind of cold, not very welcoming. the locked mini fridge is just odd. Breakfast needs improvement as does the room its held in which is dark and also unwelcoming.

The best thing of this hotel is its location. Perfect for families if you want to go around the Condesa neighborhood, everything is conveniently located within a nice walking distance.
Rooms were very simple, terrible views and there was a lot of noise (we were just above a veterinary clinic). Breakfast was ok, but there weren't many options.

Really nice room, big and spacious and a very nice shower. Staff are warm and friendly and more than happy to help. Great location in Mexico City. Great amenities, room throughly cleaned daily.
If I had to fault something it would be no air con in the room.

I stayed for 6 nights. Location is excellent – leafy and well connected neighborhood.
Room was big and clean. Lovely balcony with view. Shower room was fantastic. Very quiet during the week.
Weekend nights were a little noisy with bars and restaurants nearby.
Hotel lobby and breakfast room are basic.

A beautiful, trendy , contemporary hotel , w/o being pretentious
the noise factor , but that’s not the hotels problem, it’s urban noise

Location was convenient to most things we wanted to visit in the short time we spent in Mexico City.
Breakfast could have been better; cold, weak coffee, and despite eggs made to order, cook isn't very good.

its a large, clean room and very nice bathroom
there is a dog shelter right under my balcony and obviously thats noisy. Generally the room was quite noisy

Nice and clean.

Friendly staff, best location in CDMX, nice views and large rooms.
Breakfast was extremely basic, for the price you pay you expect definitely more. There was a dark room with yoghurt and cereal basically, and at some point someone would offer you egg to be prepared in the kitchen.
4.0
The breakfast room was a dark and frankly depressing room. Half the restaurant was used to store dirty discarded furniture and kitchen equipment. Food was fine. The hotel room was fine and clean but it lacked furniture and art to make it feel pleasant.
The hotel was just lifeless, dark and uninteresting.
At a very hight price it was just not good value. Glad we only stayed one night.

Huge room. Comfortable bed.
Noisy dogs outside. Dingy breakfast room in disused bar.

Very large modern room that was impeccably clean and quiet. Workout area was definitely a plus. Staff were all lovely and helpful, including the ladies cooking breakfast.
We were on the 6th floor and the room was quite warm when we arrived. The hotel provided a fan/air cooler that sorted us out.
7.0
The location and staff. Our room was also decent sized.
The restaurant and bar are not working so there was no food available aside from breakfast. The washing machine was also broken.
8.0
The hotel staff were warm and friendly, and we were given a ticket to have a free alcoholic beverage upon arrival in the upstairs bar. The room was very clean, spacious, and included a large balcony from which to view the activity of the city below and the skyline from afar.
While the room was very spacious, it was also a bit starkly furnished--no hangers, console, desk, or dresser. There was limited space to store belongings inside a connecting bed frame, so for the 7 nights we spent there our belongings remained in our luggage. The room was also very warm (7th floor), and while the staff provided a mobile A/C unit and fan, it was very loud so we opted not to use it. Luckily we didn't spend a significant amount of time in the hotel during the day, so by evening it was bearable and cooler.

Everything!
A bit expensive.
