efficient pick and drop service. we left at 4:30 am and packed breakfast was given to us

only option for dinner was the buffet. we weren’t that hungry so we walked to B&B hotel n shared a pizza. there was 24hr juice n coffee free for all guests

Breakfast was great and staff were helpful/friendly. Bed was comfortable and room a big size.

Everything from messaging the hotel to phone calls, to reception, the so called premiun junior suite, Smelly sofa, dirty walls, moldy bathroon. Dirty windows Disgusting

the customer services was great, they responded to all my queries and assist my mum with the shuttle to the airport. they also gave her breakfast at 3:30am.

Free airport shuttle, but a 45-minute wait.

No TV in the bedroom. Restaurant is in a different building, and dinner was not good.

Free shuttle service. Lovely staff. The fact that we were able to check in as soon as we arrived although it was well before the advertised check-in time.

For the price the accommodation was very basic. A so-called Junior Suite was more like a bedsit with not even the requirements to make a cup of tea or coffee.

not sure what to say as the experience wasn’t pleasant

the transfer from the hotel was chaotic. we waited for almost an hour and we were afraid to be left waiting for another 30’ at airport as the transfer was full. at the arrival at the hotel, we were assigned a room and when we walked for many many meters the card didn’t open the door! once again at the reception, card restored , back to room after walkin another 500 meters 😂 to discover it wasn’t the correct room 🥹 back to reception 500 mts again, another room was assigned luckily this time closer to reception staff overwhelmed by cancellations at the airport and passengers being placed in that hotel. the corridors are horribly dirty with stains in the carpet that look so disgusting. if you cannot help it and have to go to this hotel, ask for a room close to the reception.
