No need to drive anywhere! You can park your car and enjoy the beach, pool, and tennis, or walk next door to Santiago's or to any other of the numerous restaurants. You can even take a golf cart shuttle over to Salt Life Restaurant right across from St. John's Ocean Pier where you can take in a concert or sunset from the pier. There is also a Trolley stop nearby that will take you to all the points of interest in The Old City just a few miles away! We enjoyed our stay in #3116. The check-in process was so easy, the owner was great at communicating with us. The condo is on the 1st floor; & we were easily able to carry our stuff inside. Go to the front door in the inside hallway first, open the main door & then you can open the sliding glass door. The condo had plenty of room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was nicely done with newer appliances & dinnerware. There is a full size washer & dryer which was a plus, most condos have a mini washer and dryer and when you are trying to keep towels washed it's a hassle, but this set was a very upscale set! The furniture in the living room does need to be cleaned as it is very stained. The couch is white & the chair is light blue so it shows everything, but we didn't feel uncomfortable sitting on the furniture. The closet in the master bedroom is hard to access without moving the side table to be able to open the door; but the closet is large & had plenty of hangers available to hang our clothes. The guest room didn't have much storage, but the girls were ok with the closet & using the drawers in the living room. One thing was that when we got there their closet was full of sand from the boogie boards, chairs, etc. But we cleaned that out & figured it was from the previous guest. Loved the free activities through Xplorie! Would stay again!

The room, location, and contents within the condo were exactly as they said. Also communication with the proper my manager before and during our arrival was excellent. However, all living room furniture was stained and not clean. We had wifi for almost a solid 24 hrs. Then on our second day, the router went our and had to be replaced. Took a day and a half by the time our vacation had ended we finally had service again. The right nightstand to the master bed was unusable due to it being full of housing repair equipment and tools, and the guest bathroom had a continuous musty smell.

We loved: the convenience to the beach and Publix, the first floor unit for easy access to our truck and loading up for the beach day, the quiet atmosphere, the pool, the overall cleanliness of the unit, the quick response from the owner, the fans, the TVs, the guarded entry to the resort, the free coupons to local shops! We did not love: the king mattress and the couch. Beautiful place. Would recommend!

We loved the location to the beach and pool. The condo was just as described in the listing. The pool and beach were not overly crowded. Downtown St. Augustine was just a short drive. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect condo to celebrate our 7th Anniversary! David and Olivia were excellent hosts and very responsive. They book through iTrip - which provided multiple coupons for activities downtown. Bed was comfortable and the decor in the condo was very homey and cute. Would definitely come back if visiting again!

The condo was excellent. It was very clean. It had everything we needed except we couldn't find beach towels. The location is perfect right on the beach and only 10 minutes to old town. Having itrip included wad great. We used 4 of them.

We loved St Augustine! It has such a relaxed vibe. Dogs in the beach, cars on the beach. It was super chill. The condo was in a very quiet area. The pool was warm and the jacuzzi was hot. Everyone we met was friendly. The first floor access of this condo was a bonus - we could easily bring in groceries and such. The beach chairs were great, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the in unit laundry was helpful. Overall a very nice stay. We had a nice breakfast next door too.

Condo itself was pretty nice, kitchen and bathrooms were clean. However, the living room furniture and the dining table were really pretty gross - they desperately need to be replaced. Location and access to the beach were great.

We were not disappointed with our condo. It was very nice and great location. The only thing the weather wasn't the best. However no one is control of the weather but the Good Lord. I'm thankful we didn't have rain during the wedding and reception.

Our room was very well appointed, in good condition and very clean. The room is just a minute walk to the entrance to the beach, especially being a ground floor unit. The process to get into the complex was simple and a guard was on duty all the time. The grounds of the complex were clean and well kept as well as the gated path to the not overly crowded beach. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaints I could say about our room would be that the couch was slightly worn and very hard and uncomfortable. So much so that we never sat in it. The back sliding door needed a minor repair of the handle. And, not a complaint but a suggestion as a fireman of 25 years, replace the smoke detectors. They typically expire after 10 years from manufacture date and can become unreliable. All that being said I would definitely stay in the room again as it provided everything that we wanted in a condo. The staff was very responsive to any questions and extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance.

We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint is the beds. Though the master bedroom was super soft and swallowed you up in coziness it has no support. And our son said the mattress in his room was hard and uncomfortable. But the condo is adorable with its colors and decorations. Great location to be close to historical St Augustine and the beach. The beach is beautiful. The pool was also nice and the staff at the gate were super friendly. Definitely a great place to stay for vacation.

We loved being right at the beach and. walking , biking or short drive to restaurants, sights, shopping. Complex has so much - beach, pools, tennis and pickleball courts, jacuzzis, secure- "guard" on duty at entrance. Gated access to and from beach. But so many rules- weren't allowed to rude our bikes thru driveways. Unit needs maintenace- faucets blocked up or dripping. Unit area rugs worn. Couldn't connect our device to watch movies on TV. No movie channels.

The house was really pretty and clean when we arrived. There were little notes as well for us which was really nice. we really liked how close the beach was, we could just walk to the beach in less then five minutes. the owners were really easy to communicate with and we absolutely loved our stay.

Check in was easy and the email provided all the information we needed. The condo is cute and comfy. We like the easy access to the beach. Have enjoyed several restaurants in the area. Publix is nearby for groceries. Went to the farmers market on Wednesday. Liked the museums in St. Augustine.
