About this house rental
Check out our new beach and newly installed hot tub! Tropical themed retreat nestled at the end of a cove on the 3 mile marker at the Lake of the Ozarks. NEW ADDITION, King Master bedroom suite is located on lower level with walk out to deck that overlooks the lake. Addition has king bed, a single twin bed, built-in for a little one, and an attached private bathroom. Experience the in-room COFFEE BAR! This is the room everyone will be fighting over! Another single queen bedroom and full hall bathroom is located on the lower level. Second master suite offers 2 queen beds with attached private bathroom, lake view from window, and is located on entry level. An additional queen bedroom “Flamingo Room”, with it’s own hall bathroom is located on entry level. The “Bunk Room” is also a new addition! Bunk room is located up the stairs off the kitchen and offers two twin over full bunks, one full bunk bottom converts to futon couch. This room can sleep 6 in beds and has it’s on 1/2 bathroom ! The large flatscreen, smart TV is every kids dream and is a must for kids wanting to “game” while on vacation or wishing to relax with Netflix in the evening! Lower level living area includes a spacious well stocked kitchen, sectional couch with pull out sleeper for 2, fold out sleeper chair that sleeps an additional person. Out the sliding glass doors you’ll find a Large patio with gas grill and fire pit. The swim/sun dock is fully visible from the patio so you can watch the kids play on the Lilly pad. Yes! It’s included! Smart TV’s are in all bedrooms and high speed WiFi included. Linens and towels provided. Washer/dryer available for use. Shared boat dock with slip - Must notify one advance if wanting to use (it’s $75 charge as we have to relocate a boat) Ample parking. Come relax in a beautiful home with safe swim dock away from boat traffic.

One of the best places 8 have stayed. The space was amazing and loved having the hot tub ready for us to use as soon as we arrived. Kassondra was great to work with and very quick to respond. I will definitely consider renting again & highly recommend!

We had a wonderful vacation. Location was amazing, on the water, at the end of a dead end road. Wonderful kitchen with everything you would need to cook any meal you wanted. Deer walked through the property daily. Would love to go back and stay longer!

The house was very clean. Towels and wash rags were provided although there could've been a few extras of those. Beds were comfortable. We were overall pleased with our stay there.

So peaceful! The house was incredible. So much room for us to relax. Very quiet area of the lake. Everyone had a great time and we will definitely be back.

The home was amazing, right on the lake as mentioned. The house is stocked with all things you may need to cook meals. Was a great stay!

-Over all we were very pleased with the accommodations. Had a fantastic time enjoying the kayaks and lily pad. We are also a few shades darker.
-The dishes and silverware were put away dirty. (the dishwasher is tricky, soap pellets only dissolve about half the time, and the machine sometimes will stop just minutes into the cleaaning cycle)
-We broke a kayak paddle (tried to glue/weld didn't think it would work so we bought another paddle)
-A ring binder at the location with instructions for appliances, recommmendations for equipment rentals, restaurants, attractions etc. could be very helpful.
-FYI - The plates are not microwave safe - maybe put a note of that in the inside of the cupboard for the dishes in order to avoid damaging the microwave.
-There weren't any foosballs (none at local stores and amazon delivery would have been after our stay).
-TV remote batteries need to be repaced (bedroom off porch TV)
-Door latch to downstairs bedroom sticks (mechanism doesn't retract the whole way into the door)
-Door latch to the downstairs common area bathroom is a hair too high or the door is too low (have to lift up on the knob to latch the door)

Had a fabulous time with our famuly staying here over Christmas! Older kids loved the hot tub and made a fire outside also. Was very clean and nicely decorated and better than expexted it to be! Played lots of games and watched movies together and had everything provided would need. One of best Vrbo's stayed at and would stay again. 5 stars!!

Overall it was a nice relaxing thanksgiving getaway with my family and a couple of their friends. Property was nice and quiet with plenty of space. However found that there is not much to do at Lake of the Ozarks in November. Will not go during off season again.

Perfect for families
We had a big family group with babies, children and adults. It worked perfectly for us. Each family had their own space with a bathroom. And open living room, kitchen, dining room and patio areas were perfect for the big group.
This house is well stocked, and you will find lots of dishes, appliances like toasters, crockpots, blenders and kitchen tools. That’s so nice to know when you’re packing!
Having a washer and dryer was so nice with the wet beach towels.
The hot tub worked great, and was a big hit.
Kassandra was super helpful with recommendations and communication.
There are so many things to explore on the lake - we would definitely return!

We had an awesome time. My mother didn’t want to come home, she loved sitting out on the deck watching the boats. She asked when are we going again? Definitely will be back.

This home has everything you could need! It’s clean, has great lake access, and plenty of room for our multiple families to comfortably stay. I would definitely recommend!

Great family vacation home!
Had a wonderful time in this huge house! So many beds and baths are super clean and spaced out. We had 6 kids -10-16 years old. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space.
Close to the dam and access to 54 where more shops and restaurants are.
Swim dock and slip were great too! Hot tub was nice in the evenings and our rainy day.

Our family of four stayed the week after Christmas and it was a great short getaway. We wish we could have had more family or friends with us because it had PLENTY of beds. The hot tub was a great way to relax after exploring the state parks and caves in the area. The kids even caught some fish off the dock. All around it was a fun trip!

The property was in a quiet location and was very nice with lots of extras. Our kids loved the lily pad provided, and it was nice to have a very nice boat slip for the boat we rented from a place only a few minutes away. There was lots of room in the house, and the view was very nice. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with. The only negative comments would be that one bedroom had no closet or dresser to put clothes in, no bath soap was provided (not on their VRBO list of things to bring), and only enough laundry soap for 2 loads was provided (I think this was just an oversight). The kitchen was fully stocked except there were no 9X13" baking dishes. These inconveniences were minor, we would stay here again for sure.
