The home was very nice. There were some inconsistencies in the different versions of the information (beach gear in the basement but there was not access to the basement). In kitchen, there were only two table knives. It would be helpful to have directions for operating the ice machine. We figured it out. But we had a very nice time at the house.

The property is in a phenomenal location and has the potential to be really great, however, the house is in dire need of attention. It is not well-maintained at all and looks like it hasn’t been for quite some time.Many things did not work, such as common things like burned out lightbulbs throughout the house, icemaker does not work, couches and chairs are extremely dilapidated, decks are in very bad need of painting and are chipping everywhere, the back and front yard are full of weeds and in need of attention. The house itself could be wonderful, but again, just know what you’re getting into as I think we very much overpaid for what we got. Pillows were terrible and very yellow. which we found when we removed all the sheets at the end of the day, the third floor has a two mattresses laying in a corner without sheets and looks really bad. We ran into a neighbor from another house that we’ve rented in the past, and apparently it’s known that the house is not maintained at all. The owners live in another state and don’t maintain it Just know before you rent!
