Apartment Could be cleaner but overall it was a very good stay !

Location was good

The apartment was very old the furniture awfull. Beds and pillows had gone to many battles. Bathroom had a lot of mold.

The location was great! Very close to exclusive shopping and fine dining. The apartment was spacious and the elevator was convenient. Nice television in the den area with a sectional sofa and a large dinning room. Washer and dryer a plus.

Master bed was very low to the ground and the television in the bedroom did not work. Bathroom needs to be deep cleaned to remove water stains. Coffee maker did not work. Could use a little tlc on general maintenance.

Perfect communication for picking up the keys and solving any need I had.

The host changed last minute the property so we received an alternate property which as she said was an "up-grade" due the other was already taken and their mistake... however to us this was NO Upgrade: living room was dirty (carpet and glass table), the kitchen did not even have enough glasses, all cups where chipped; we had to take a bath with cold water even though we were only 5 and the place is for 10 so water heater was not working properly. Kitchen utensils and furniture in general were like taken from a garage sale and just thrown in... impossible to plug bedside table lamps... this was actually in Mazaryk 19, Polanco

Very well located. Great service. Lots of space.

Would have been great to have extra blankets.
