Spend the day at the beach, take a dip in the swimming pool, soak in the hot tub, visit the fitness center, or grill some fresh seafood in the grilling area. Visit nearby restaurants or enjoy an outing to nearby attractions such as The Gulfarium, The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier, or The Boardwalk. If you want to venture out take the short drive to Destin, FL (The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village). Take a pontoon boat to Crab Island for the day or book a fishing charter. This resort is a beachgoer’s dream! Pelican Isle Resort is a 100% non-smoking property. Smoking is allowed in designated areas only. No smoking inside condominium units, on balconies, or in common areas. This applies to all substances, regardless of legal status. Violators are subject to penalties. Parking: Two parking passes will be issued for your stay. Oversized vehicles will fit in the parking garage. This 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo includes: A fully stocked kitchen for preparing meals, a breakfast bar, and dining area. A living room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders with a corner balcony for views from every angle. The living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa for extra guests and a flat screen TV. A master bedroom with a king size bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. A second bedroom with queen size bed and TV. A second full size bathroom. A set of twin size bunk beds in the hallway. Full size stackable washer and dryer in unit. 12 Cup/K-pod coffee Center Free wireless internet Keyless Lock- Self check-in Elevator Swimming pool (Heated seasonally) Hot tub Grilling area Fitness center Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella We go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable: Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets and blankets if needed. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. Starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher soap, dish liquid, laundry detergent, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. All-purpose cleaner. One of the area’s only All Local dedicated teams. Always available if you need us. We have a pontoon boat that is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. Discounted monthly rates available November- February. I loved everything about this condo! Beds were comfortable, everything we needed for cooking meals, LOTS of towels, 8 beach towels, beautiful decor, very spacious, everything was great! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars on cleanliness is due to outdoor furniture had debris left on it... a used q-tip and a foil seal from a bottle. So obviously the furniture wasn't wiped down either. But communication was great so I would definitely rent this unit again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay perfect location, condo very clean and stocked very well. Beach was not overcrowded like many other places we have stayed. Great area to stay. Property management and owners were always available whem needed. We definitely will return. Thank you for an awesome stay.

We have stayed in this condo for the past 2 years. It is everything you want in a vacation home. The location is perfect, beach front and close to so many great restaurants. Unfortunately, we will not be returning next year due the increasing costs.

Our unit was probably better than described. Super roomy and well equipped. The only criticism I have is the living room furniture needs to be replaced. It is more than functional, but definitely well used. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with property mgmt the door key code did not work but I was contacted within 10 mins of sending msg for assistance. Condo was very neat & tidy, beautiful view, easy access to beach & parking.

Every year we go to the beach for Labor Day weekend and stay somewhere different each year. This year was by far the best year! Our room was the perfect location!! The room is on the end right next to the trash chute, 1 flight of stairs, next to the bbq pits and above the parking spot reserved for us. The room was clean and cozy for us and we enjoyed the 3 balconies. We are already trying to reserve this exact room for next year as we are walking out of the door. Check in and check out is easy and communicating with the owner is very fast and efficient. She answers any questions almost instantly. Definitely recommend for your next stay!!

Overall it was a great stay. The view of the ocean was amazing with a short walk to the beach. There was plenty of room in the condo. The pool was on the small side and only held 25 people max. The kids still enjoyed it some. The king bed was very firm, but I like a firm mattress so it was a plus for me! We would definitely stay again.

My sister-in-law and and I along with our daughters booked this condo for a mother daughter beach trip. The condo was excellent! Very clean, up to date, anything we needed to use was available and working properly. Plenty of pillows, towels, space. Only thing I would have liked to been made more clear about was the amount of people on the beach. In the listing it seemed like there were not many multistory condos around but there was. But even with the amount of people, we had a great trip!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was on the gulf coast beach and beautiful! We spent every night on the balcony just listening to the waves and watching the ocean and moon. It was so relaxing! I highly recommend!
