Nestled in Okaloosa Island, this attractive condo for $379 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Wake up and walk out to the beach from the this ground floor unit to the beautiful emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Very easy access to the beach and pool, 30 seconds and you there!! Parking area also right by your front door. Perfect Family Condo! Large spacious Unit with tropical decor through out. 10 ft. ceilings, Kitchen is fully stocked with new granite counters, pantry, washer and dryer, bar with extra sitting for three. Spacious open floor plan as kitchen flows through to dining area that also sits up to six guests and living area with 65" Smart Flat screen TV, Queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Living room opens up to patio with a small grassy area. Great for small children, no balconies to worry about. You can head right out to the beach or pool from the patio. Master suite hosts a king size bed, sliding glass doors to the patio, large walk in closet and extra large bath and dressing area. His and Hers vanities, large soaking tub and separate stand in glass and tile shower. Second bedroom hosts a queen size bed with large closet, 19" TV, DVD player, Third bedroom hosts a built in bunk area with two twin beds, overhead lighting, 19" TV and DVD player. This room is decorated in a nautical décor. The kids will just love it!! Second full bath located near these two bedrooms. Also included in condo! High Chair, Porta Crib and Booster seat. Free High Speed Internet! 12 Cup/K-pod Coffee Center Beach Service Included (March- October) 2 chairs and an umbrella I go the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable. Plenty of pillows on each bed along with extra sheets if needed. Plenty of towels are provided. Extra paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, laundry detergent are provided. Beach towels are provided. The only thing you need to bring is food and clothes and you are set. Our pontoon boat is rented exclusively to our guests. The boat needs to be reserved at least 24 hours in advance. The boat launches out of The Fort Walton Beach Yacht Basin. The beach was beautiful. The chair service was great. The pool was very well maintained. The condo was great for kids. The condo slept 8 but was a bit crowded with our 6 kids. We spent most days outdoors so this wasn’t much of an issue. The condo has several TVs but we were unable to get the wifi working. Even so, I would recommend staying there. The location on the first floor was great. Easy in and out.

We had a great time! Easy access to the pool and beach! We had kids ages 5 and under and it was perfect walking distance. The grills were right around the corner from us too. The weather wasnt perfect but having the quick option of running from the pool to the condo was perfect! The kids room doesnt have a fan so it did get a little warm for them but only us parents noticed haha not so much the kids. Trash shoot was right down the hall which was perfect. I would highly recommend for families. We would stay again!

I’ll definitely be rebooking with Kimberley lang as the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. The property was exactly as described and surprisingly was well stocked with consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper unlike the one roll usually provided. My kids loved the separate bunk beds room and overall was just a wonderful experience.

We were given wrong codes two different times to access the gates to get to the pool, beach, outside restrooms. Thankfully someone working on property helped us out, but it was pretty annoying to be given the wrong information twice. Overall, our stay was good. The unit itself could use some TLC but you can’t beat the access to the beach! We loved the floor level unit with grass so the kids could play. Parking was very close and the trash chute is also close to the unit.

Our family had a great time. We met 5 other families for our seniors to spend Spring Break together. Multiple units were rented in this complex. A wonderful time was had by all.

Just About perfection! All rooms spotless and roomy. Direct access to pool and beach more than made up for lack of direct view of the surf. Living room accommodated our family get togethers ( each family had their own condo space) but sharing evening meals in this LR was perfect. Only angst was with the total reliance on cyber ck in/out!

The check in process was fine. Everything was via key pads and for the elderly this could be an issue. My sister had a difficult time remembering the code. One of the beds were held up with floor tiles due to the frame being broken. The beach was less about 1-2 minutes from the condo. The pool was clean and heated. The grandbaby enjoyed herself. Communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question, they were prompt in returning my calls even though it was Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, this property was amazing. We will definitely consider it upon our return.

This was a beautiful condo. Ground floor unit Around the corner from the pool. Very private. Although you cannot see the ocean we loved it. The sprinklers come on for about an hour and a half at 2:00pm and 9:30pm. Easy access to the parking lot The complex has a beautiful gazebo area and a outside cooking area as well. The pool is huge and heated in the colder months. We love staying here!

Three generations of family together at the beach - can’t ask for a better week. Everything was perfect except the room location. We have stayed here several times in past, always on ground floor for easy in/out access to beach and pool for little ones. I had no idea there were any first floor patios that didn’t open directly to pool or beach access. There are 3 units - 101-103, that are facing the privacy fence to the west side. Very disappointed with it because of the grands, but my fault for assuming all units face south to gulf. Overall a great unit with wonderful communication and service. Will book again on south side!

The access from the condo to the parking area outside the parking garage was SUPER convenient! Even though there was a parking garage with lots of parking, we parked just a few steps around a corner. There was no need to fuss with driving circles or tight parking. Ground level is extra convenient with littles, so for our family of boys, the yard was like having extra space of our own. This is a perfect condo for families with younger kids! What little view is lost, is worth more in space/convenience x100!

My husband and I took our five daughters and spent a week on the beach. We had an amazing time! Our condo was very nice, very clean, and had lots of extras to make our stay more pleasant. I must admit with some reviews I read I was a little worried, but upon arrival all that worry left. Everything was fabulous! We will definitely stay here again and again!

This was the perfect condo for us! We had a 19 month old and being on the bottom floor with grass right outside the door was perfect! It is just a very short walk to the beach! They supplied several things that we needed for the baby! Made flying in a breeze! Well stocked with things you would need, clean, check in and out was easy! Will definitely stay again!

We came down for fall break and it was very busy. This unit was in the west side of the building and is not facing the gulf and was cheaper than the gulf side condos for this reason. If you’re doing your vacation right you should not be in your room much at all anyway. But when we were in the condo we were very pleased. Very clean, master bedroom mattress was very comfortable, extra towels were nice and living room furniture was adequate. Only thing I can complain about is the shower head needs replaced in the master bath. And if that’s the only complaint then it was a decent condo. Any questions I had were answered as promptly as expected through the messaging service. Would definitely stay here again.

This particular unit doesn’t face the beach, but a short walk around the unit and you have the beach and pool. Good for those who like a little privacy , no one walking in front of your unit . The condo was very clean and was filled with plenty of linens and towels. I have stayed at several VRBO units with friends and Kimberly Lang properties are always clean and easy check in and out.
