About this house rental
Situated in Guntersville Lake, this attractive house for $211 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Exceptionally remodeled home with a in-ground pool that features 3 bedrooms and 1-1/2 baths. The home sleeps 6-7 people comfortably, and is equipped with Wifi, Office desk/monitor/printer, Central heat and Air-conditioning, 3 smart TVs, Alexa/Sonos smart speaker, fireplace, washer and dryer. The Kitchen is perfect for entertaining featuring both a large breakfast bar and dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a large gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, and the core kitchen essentials. Master bedroom has a King bed, guest room #1 has a queen bed, and guestroom #2 offers both a twin and full bed. A private back yard with a pool, Propane BBQ, firepit, patio furniture, and Bluetooth outdoor speakers. The driveway can accommodate 2/3 cars, and boat parking is available at the bottom of the driveway. Location location location. There are 3 boat launches within a few miles, two grocery stores within a mile. Located close to downtown restaurants, bars, shopping, and you're walking distance to the scenic sunset trail and sunset beach. Pool is open from late April to September, depending on weather. note exterior (only) xameras are on the front and back of property.

Loved this house. It was perfect for our family. I liked that the main areas are separated from the bedrooms so we could put kids to bed and not worry about making too much noise in the living spaces. Pool was lovely! The diving board was a surprise and we loved every jump!! Nicely renovated home. Soft beds (not my preference but I know some people want to know). Would happily stay here again.

Unfortunately a storm came through and blew down some trees on the property so we were not able to stay. He was at the house immediately and refunded our money right away. The house and pool were very nice, great location and we will definitely try this home again.

When we first arrived, nothing opened or worked as the email said it would. It took us a while to get into the house and into the pool. None of the beds had sheets nor blankets on them, the laundry room was piled with laundry when we arrived. There was a huge pile of garbage in the walkway as you entered the back door. They housekeeper had to be called back out to the house.
The kitchen counter chairs are very wobbly as my daughter fell out of one and needed stitches, we spent the last night of our vacation at the emergency room and was not able to clean and we're charged $250 for something I had no control over. We even paid for the extra accidental insurance at the time of booking but it didn't matter, so I'd suggest saving that money.
The owner accused me of having one more kid than what was on the agreement yet our agreement clearly stated 4 children.
We have a special needs child and was degraded for it.
If you use the pool and the cleaners come, GET OUT OF THE POOL, even if the cleaners say it's okay. NO IT'S NOT. You will be blamed for turning them away even if you offer to get out.
A week or two before our vacation started we paid for an extra night and the owner didn't write it down or either forgot.
The owners don't seem kid friendly, and the housekeeping is lazy but we were blamed for that as well.
The home is in a nice spot, easy to find. It was neutral for my family to come and visit.

The location of property is close to the lake but not lake view. A short walk allows you the option of a sandy beach and walking path in very good shape along the lake edge. The pool is wonderful! Bedrooms/baths were adequate and all appliances worked. Kitchen well stocked. Well appointed decor.

We stayed 2 nights for a baseball tournament. House was clean and it was in a quiet neighborhood. Just a few minutes to walk to the lake. The pool wasn't clean during our visit so we didn't use the yard. Overall, great stay and would rent this property again.

6 of us stayed with ages ranging from 11 to 60. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the pool with a diving board. Very quiet neighborhood with about a 5 minute walk to the lake. Owners were very nice and super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.

The magnolia tree was blooming and the pool was super clean. So peaceful and quiet. Great linens and comfortable beds. Napoleon Dynamite mixed with family photos made me laugh all weekend. We'll organized and furnished kitchen. Thanks for this great alternative to the ho- him local hotels.

Girls Weekend
I stayed at this lovely house with 4 of my friends for the long weekend. Everything was perfect. James was easy to get in touch with and checked on us during our stay. Wedding this place was perfect for us. My daughter got married Guntersville and we stayed a few days to prep for it. The kitchen was perfect with the big stove and fridge. The house was large enough for the bridesmaids and us to stay. We could not have picked a better place. It was a beautifully remodeled home

This is an old house that has been updated. Since it’s a old house there are some quirks, but nothing that detracted from our stay. Internet did not work very well for us, but owner said that is not normal. Owner was very responsive to any questions or concerns.

When I booked this months ago I was super tired of Covid and all that went with it. I wanted privacy and peace. This house has it! Super clean. Pool. Three bedrooms. Well maintained. We enjoyed this getaway from the world. We did venture out a time or too. Went to the outdoor water park at sand mountain in albertville. Small park only 15 dollars for a day pass. It was nice. Owners were so easy to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your home with my family. I will definitely be back.

Great house with an owner who was great to communicate with. Pool was not heated but he let us know that prior to our visit.

Comfortable house that reminds you of home.
Quite location, very private. Just as portrayed in listing. Pool was nice and surrounded by fence with lock gate, which is perfect to prevent children from getting near the pool on their own. Owners were very helpful, communicated fast, clearly, and shared needful information. House was clean and well equipped for our stay.
