Whenever I’m in Frankfurt, I stay at this hostel; it has a great, very central location, which makes things much easier. Ah, Hafeez — always polite, very helpful. He is always ready to assist guests. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Hafeez was so helpful and friendly that we would give the hotel 10 points. The location is great and easy to grab a metro or tram to the center

The first impression was the friendly and welcoming staff. Hafeez was especially helpful and kind. We would give the hotel extra stars for the wonderful experience, thanks to him. Besides, the location is very convenient for getting around with the metro and trams nearby

Great location-tram and sbahn stops right outside. Good value for money.
The rooms are TINY-much smaller than advertised. The staff were AWFUL. So rude and dismissive. Really unhelpful.
Other than that, property is totally fine, and just as expected for a hostel!
