Not a hygiene stay.. very bad experience

It is located close to Luzern station and location is good

Elevator is small and the restroom is not good and not clean and bad smell and wet always. Induction is not even working. Entire room not clean and bad smell not able to sleep

very nice and clean apartment, great location and view!

the apartment is in the centre of Lucerne and the view is spectacular. it is a very good alternative to a hotel especially if you're traveling in a group of 4 people and prefer to stay in the same room! everything you need was there and it's a really nice place! and the location is fantastic too!

the apartment is under the roof... so it was very very hot even during the night! an aircon would be really nice and would make the apartment perfect even for hot summer days!

Some good but dome improvements needed.

Great location, very clean. Spacious. Staff were helpful with questions and requests.

There is no air conditioning. So a stay in the summer is very hot. There was only one small fan. When we asked they brought another larger fan which helped.

There were a few bugs in the bathroom, some flying insects at night when sleeping, the towels didn't smell good.

I would stay again

great location fantastic view well stocked

we didn’t know what our room was really like. ours was a studio but could accommodate 4. Our friends was a 2 bedroom but was actually 3 and could potentially sleep 10.

central location

the room is not what they look like in the pictures. the room has huge wooden beam feels like a meadevial attic. the bedsheet are the coarsest that i’ve ever used, i can’t even sleep properly in it, that’s the worse of all.

The location was exceptional, on the side of the river with a direct view of the chapel bridge. The staff were also very helpful as they allowed us to leave our baggage after the checkout time.

nice place but with bad shower

the shower is terrible. you can’t even call that shower. there wasn’t water running enough. disappointed.

excellent, comfortable, adorable location for a family trip to Luzern

amazing location. even better than expected. it was very roomy. it had everything you need to cook if you wanted. staff was helpful. everything was clean and comfortable. I just couldn’t get over the views. gorgeous

I can’t really think of anything negative. the couch was a little uncomfortable to sit on but was very functional as a bed.

We will stay here the whole time next trip! This was our favorite spot in the 2 weeks we were in Europe.

Location can’t be beat! The view is incredible. Right above one of the best fondue places in Switzerland! Safe area Clean!!! Roomy with great storage and bathrooms.

It was a bit warm but we loved that the windows opened. People staying in other units came in late at night / early morning and were REALLY loud but I can’t fault the property for that. It was worth the noise for the location and comfort. I’ll just bring earplugs in the future.
