Cosy hotel with colourful decor in a central location. Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure. Reasonable selection for breakfast (buffet).
Sound proofing in bedroom was a bit lacking. Could hear too much of traffic noise from adjacent busy intersection. I needed to buy noise-reducing earplugs to help me sleep. When I checked into the hotel I was told that breakfast was served until 11am. However, over several mornings I heard hotel staff asking some guests to vacate their breakfast tables by 10am (or 10.15am). This seemed rather inappropriate, given that these tables were clearly not required by other breakfast guests. Nobody sat at these tables after they were vacated.

Modern and updated. Great location… a 5 minute walk to The Chapel Bridge. The restaurant offers some great dinner options… and breakfast was delicious. All of the team members were friendly and helpful. This is a great option in Lucerne!

Loved the suite and the hotel decor. The breakfast was phenomenal. The room was large and the shower was amazing!
It was very warm in our room. Not enough fluffy pillows and the towels were think and rough.

Quiet
Bare decor, lack of proper lighting (only had lamps, no fridge, no carpet, poor towels, lots of silly signs appealing to the hip but disguising the cheap operation. Breakfast was not special as some reviewers remark and got less so Friday to Saturday to Sunday suggesting they run out of things. This was not a cheap hotel. Perfunctory service in restaurant
