Very good

The apartment is very well equipped and clean fabulous central location. Hanna and her team were fantastically accommodating. Our first unit was a loft and due the claustrophobic nature of one of us they moved us to another unit, no fuss at all. Thank you so much.

The stairs are very narrow and steep and no lift. The street has many bars and restaurants which makes getting a meal easy but the noise level is right up there.

Great place for short or longer stay in the middle of the city

Nicely located with restaurants, bars, museums, public transport and a supermarket vert near by. Everything you might need is there. airconditioning keeping the place cool. sitting area and kitchen make it appropriate for a longer stay.

Walking the stairs can be challenging for people. It’s steep and narrow and we had to go up a few floors. But it didn’t bother us, it’s just good to know. There’s street noise, but for us it is the charm of staying in the middle of the city. And if necessary free air plugs are included.

everything was nice and clean. Overall good place with a good localisation

they show parking as a priority of the place, but there is no private parking. They just suggest You to park somewhere. Like… that is just dumb and unprofessional.

Everything you need is there. Accommodating with self check in.

It wasn't an issue for us but the stairs are quite steep

Nice place, excellent location

The location is excellent, and the place is beautiful; it’s well decorated and well stocked with everything you need. It's in a party street, and to have a drink or dance, you literally just have to go down to stairs, and you are there.

There is a 150€ caution change not mentioned on the booking page that you have to pay outside of Booking by credit card. Also, there are really, really high and steep stairs to access the apartment, so it is not so easy to go up with big luggage.

Beautiful, new and fully equipped apartment for a stay in Rotterdam.

Too many steep stairs especially when you have big luggages and almost absent noise cancelation.

Easy to access, got a code for the front door key pad and code for the door key of the inside door. Very clean apartment with everything we needed, would totally recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and a great location. Loved the touches of sweets and nespresso.

Stairs are difficult if you have big bags. Streets were a tad loud, but i'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me.

Mixed feelings

The key to our room wouldn’t unlock the door for some reason - luckily, we explained the situation on the phone and were able to be relocated in another room. The room itself looks great, good location and impeccable equipment. This being said, we’ve stayed there 3 nights/4 days and nobody ever came to bring us binbags/toilet paper or the like. On day 3, we even found a lonely sock that did not belong to us behind a curtain, along with some clipped nails in the bathroom. The bed was made and the bathroom towels neatly placed on it, showing some kind of cleaning had taken place. For the rest we had a good time, but we needed to dispose of our rubbish ourselves and had not understood this from the get go.

Great location close to restaurants and bars, simple but nice interior, easy check in/check out.

It was 13 degrees in the apartment when we arrived, the AC heated it up quickly but the bathroom was really cold as the heating there didn’t work.

Great location!

Very, very badly cleaned! Lacking some kitchen things. Sheets grimy and need to be changed. Memory foam mattress that was so insanely soft two people would every night end up in the middle, in a hole. Stairwell was smelling fish and incredibly steep. Not fit for the unathletic or big bags. A lot of noise from other apts and stairwell

Fantastic!

The rooms are big and clean, nicely decorated. Excellent location in a street with many nice restaurants and bars but we didn’t encounter any noise issues. We were lucky to have nice weather so the street was alive with great atmosphere.
