Chambres très faciles en pratiques pour un court séjour. Central il permet d’aller rapidement aux différents points de l

La chambre pour 4 avec les enfants et la proximité avec le centre et les différents endroits de visite de la ville. Parfait pour un groupe qui veut faire un séjour festif. Le propriétaire très sympathique est toujours présent en cas de questions. Il vous donnera pleins de bons plans pour aller visiter la ville 😊

Peut-être le fait que nous étions dans une chambre donnant sur la rue avec les cafés et restaurants du coup fort bruyant le soir si on veut plutôt du calme. Le fait aussi que les fenêtres des chambres devant la rue ne soient pas opaques. Du coup, il fallait fermer les rideaux pour l’intimité.

Convenient location - suitable for couple who enjoys the night lift

The location of the property was great. Right in the centre. Close to everything, bars, restaurants etc and Near a tram line. The bed was super comfy, and the layout was good. The gentleman who checked us in was very helpful and friendly, event carried out bags up to the room. There was working aircon which was lovely especially on the warm days. Internally, the room was very soundproof didn’t hear neighbours, but could hear external buzz from the bars. The breakfast was amazing, from the cafe down the road, good selection of foods. We only had 2 days breakfast but could imagine it would get a little boring, if any more days?

The bed didn’t seem to have a sheet on, only a protector sheet, not sure if this is normal? The shower and toilet layout was as expected, is that the frosted glass is a little too open, and where the shower is in front of the toilet, after a shower it’s very wet and we ended up using towels on the floor to soak up water. The squeegee did work, but not to the extent needed and so many a couple of bath matts / shower matts would be helpful in future. Another thing to note, it’s very loud street, bars are open until late even mid week, if that’s not your thing this isn’t suitable for you. It didn’t bother us as we were out with them.

Hotel well located but some services & facilities to improve

Hotel well located in the Towncenter Clean bedroom

- No elevator and very steep stairway to climb, espacially when you are tired with a heavy suitcase - No possibility to leave the Key pass if your check out early (I had to leave at 06.00 AM) - water leak between shower tray and bay window, I had to mop up all water by hand

Midden in uitgaan gebied - gelukkig airco zodat ramen dicht kunnen blijven maar daar moet men wel rekening mee houden Kleding hangers en meer haken voor handdoeken als tip

Loved it

Loved the usage of space, very dutch! Perfect for solo travellers or couples! The location couldnt be more central as well. Breakfast in a restaurant right underneath the hotel. Recommend eating here!

Although I liked the compact design of the room, the shower (thats right next to bed, or well, everything) was a bit leaky through its door, so you will get your floor wet.

Great stay for young people who want to be in the middle of the nightlife of Rotterdam

Great hotel in the middle of the popular street with a lot of restaurants and bars. Super lovely staff who helped us carrying up the luggage and were always available for questions. Easy check in with the an App and super clean room.

The hotel doesn't have a functioning elevator and stairs are very steep, so maybe nothing for elderly people. Room is super nice though small and bathroom is technically in the room. Good for solo travelers or longterm couples but maybe not for friends.

Stayed here a lot of times and it’s always clean! Very affordable, I love the location and the whole online checkin works great. Whenever i call they always pick up too and they always go out of their way to help! Love this property.

Nice location for short stay

The breakfast was nice, the location is good (if you don't mind louder street).

The rooms are quite small, the stairs to go to the 3rd floor are very steep.

Basic accommodation in great location.

Breakfast was tasty and location was great. Right in the centre and made it easy to get around. The rooms were small, but had everything you needed.

Although the rooms were clean, the shower curtain was mouldy and made the small room smell. The room card app didn't work on my phone, so had some technical issues getting in and out of the building. I think there should probably be a back up just incase the app fails like it did for us.

The room was very clean. Only 2 options for breakfast but very tasty.

The room is situated in the attic of an old house that has been transformed into a hotel. The attic room was just terrible: very small, the bed under the attic, so the person that was sleeping on the side of the wall could easily hit his/her head on the attic. The bathroom was tiny, with glass instead of walls that means no privacy.

The only bright spot: the tapas bar on the ground floor, where there is a very good breakfast and very nice and friendly service.

It is a hotel without reception, with very steep stairs and very small rooms. The toilet is only accessible via the shower tray (wet after showering), - not a good idea! It is very noisy even with the window closed. The sagging bed gave us back pain. No recommendation!

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The room was so cozy and had a lot of space considering the size of the room. It is located in the best street for going out. The check in was super easy.

I bought this room as a birthday gift for my daughter. She stayed with her partner for 4 nights and praised everything about the hotel.

The party never ended in the streets, it was impossible to sleep. And when you did fall asleep there was for sure someone coming into the hotel screaming. This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever had.

Superb

Cute room (just like in the photos), friendly staff, very central location, comfortable bed, good shower. I had drinks once as well as breakfast and both was delicious as well.

The central location has a down side - it's noisy. :) The street is very lively as people sit in restaurants outside but it also means that it does not get quiet until about 4 a.m. Also, the room does not get really dark which for me meant that I did not sleep much.

Friendly staff, good location albeit busy but less than mediocre room

Very friendly and helpful staff, very good location. Room was very clean. The breakfast option was quite nice, there's two different menus to choose. There's also a bar attached to the hotel that's open till late.

The room is incredibly small, there is no reception that makes it feel like an hotel. No lift, so you have to go up 5 high Dutch style stairs. The location is very central however quite busy the entire night, for deep sleepers not an issue but if you can't sleep with background noise don't consider the hotel.

The room was very clean , a lot restaurant and pubs around the hotel ( can be noisy for calm people ), the lady in the reception was very friendly, polite and helpful!
