Lovely but hot

Every thing you needed for cooking was provided. There were kayaks and the jetty was great for our boat.

The aircon was only in the lounge and not That effective. The room with bunk beds had no fan. The room with 2 doubles was only accessible via the kids room. The rooms were all hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The mattresses were poor quality. I’d pay more to have aircon and better mattresses at same place. Upgrade your house for better return.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back.

The property's location is stunning and the accommodation is great especially the extra large balcony where we spent most of our daytime. The property is also very private so you're not overlooked by others.

There is nothing to dislike just small inclusions like sheets and towels would be appreciated.

Refreshing Getaway

The location was great. It was near to the foreshore and many eateries. The view from the canals was great. The host/owner was very responsive with clear instructions to check in. House was cosy and comfortable. There were only 6 of us. House can easily fit 10 guests. The BBQ was great as we sat in the alfresco and enjoy the coolness and the quiet of the canal home. Saw dolphins this morning and caught a few crabs but were all undersized. Threw them back into the canals. There were canoes in the home to use but it was a bit too cold. Would come back and stay again. Check out was a breeze.

Would have loved a torchlight in the house to shine on the crab catching. Not a deal breaker definitely 😂Just a suggestion.

Perfect location overlooking water,massive balcony, excellent facilities. Excellent communication by the owners, very friendly and helpful.

Limited hot air con for winter. Tv facility might be worth an upgrade.

Fabulous Staycation

The place was very nice. Fantastic location. Great way to wake up to that view every day. So much kitchenware to use, they had everything. Will definitely be staying again. Same time next year.

Beautiful canal views .. so quiet and peaceful

We absolutely loved our stay .. beautiful canal views … house is very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would highly recommend . We definitely will be back.

A great location, fantastic clean accommodation.

The outdoor area gave us excellent view of the cancansl. The outdoor area was spacious The kitchen was well equipped. A great size TV. Everything was nice and clean. Great location. Comprehensive email details for access and appliance use.

In the room with the bunk beds, the mattress on bottom bed didn’t seem to be in good condition.

short visit, location is ideal..

Location was great, saw dolphins in the canal during the day, short drive to resturants and shopping centres, plenty of room for a large group.

have traveled and have stayed in many forms of accomadation we never had to pay extra for linen and towels before , as the cleaner had been in the day of our arrival, we found a dead cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, ceiling fans had a layer of grime build up, light fitting in the dining area had cobwebs and dead bugs in it, as part of our cost also includes a $100 cleaning fee...

Relaxing with communicative hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at this tucked away, casual but relaxing family style accommodation. The hosts were SO lovely. The fridge side door holder fell and cracked the water jugs and they were so gracious and understanding about the whole thing. We were always able to reach them. The way the Alfresco opens onto fishing and kayaking area is perfect. Nice walking area. Good supply of bin bags and kitchen stuff which is often lacking in other places.

there could be better air conditioning in the bedrooms and need to bring your own sheets, but both not really an issue for us.

Amazing getaway

The location , the thoughtfulness of the owner in providing everything possible to create a holiday getaway. Full kitchen facilities with wide range of utensils, BBQ pit , TV, Wii, speakers , fishing rods, kayaks, crabbing nets etc. Beautiful location right next to the waterway. We even spotted dolphins swimming in front of the house one evening. Will definitely return and stay longer. Pricing is amazing. Wonderful place to stay and just chill.

Very relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The location was great. The house is lovely. There was plenty of room and beds for the whole family. Sitting out on the back deck in view of the canals, absolutely beautiful. Would love to stay there again.

It was clean with comfy bed, the location was super close to shops and attractions. The icing on the cake was the dolphi

the location and the dolphins visiting us every morning between 9:00 and 10:00

one only downside was we had to bring our own linen.

Amazing weekend getaway.

The house and its amenities are excellent. The kayak especially is an awesome activity for our kids. Location is great, close to everything that we need. We got visited by dolphins everyday we are there, love it. The host is amazing and friendly, very helpful with all the info needed for accessing the house.

Our stay here was lovely, and I would highly recommend this place to others.

The beautiful views, open plan living area and the leisure options.

The oven took a long to heat up, the musty smell in bedrooms and the temperature in the double room in the back was very cold. A separate toilet would be handy for a property that sleeps 11.

Would highly recommend the accommodation for a family holiday.

It wAs a lovely location with lots of wildlife swimming past the well positioned shaded veranda.

We had a lovely getaway, enjoyed using the canoes.

Great location. Had a lot of fun using the canoes. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful deck area.

The house needs better air conditioning. The temperature was in the high 30’s. The House only has One airconditioner, so only the lounge area cooled down. Kitchen was hot. Bedrooms were so hot at night it affected quality of sleep. One bedroom could not be used as it didn’t have ceiling fans and was so hot.
