A perfect home base in Porto—stylish, comfy, and in the best location!

Location doesn’t get better than this! The apartment is incredibly well set up and thoughtfully designed—we stayed for a week and didn’t feel like we were missing a thing. Loved the abundance of windows and the lovely view. The living room is small but mighty, the kitchen is perfectly sized and even has a dishwasher, and the bathroom has a great shower with strong water pressure. The bed was super comfy, and the overall aesthetic is clean, modern, and cozy. Although we didn’t end up using the heaters, I really appreciated having them available—Porto can get surprisingly chilly. The elevator felt like a gift from above (especially since it’s a rarity in Portuguese buildings!). And the cherry on top? Being just steps away from Gazela—the legendary cachorrinho spot visited by Bourdain. Total win!

change of towels would've been nice, especially for people who are staying for a week

Good value for money

Location, price,easy checkin

The bathroom sink was partially obstructed, the water kept accumulating in the sink. There was a bad smell in the shower and some of the furniture had stains.

I think what I said above sums it up. A good review is earned and should not be expected.

Hard to say once I discovered the bed bugs. This ruined anything positive I could say.

The property confirmed from the pictures I sent that there were bed bugs so they told me I had to leave as they needed to exterminate ASAP. They gave me another apt which was nice but refused to give me even a 1 night refund. Putting me in another place was no compensation as this ruined my whole day of plans and I was leaving the next morning. The itching for the duration of the trip and beyond was terrible and I did not even want to stay for the full week of my vacation. When I told Booking.com about this since it is their website I booked on, they refused to do anything. They said it was up to the Porto Concierge to deal with. A good review is not just about the property but also the customer service given if something goes wrong. Both Porto Concierge and Booking.com were a big disappointment!

Locatie van het appartement is geweldig. Alles is op loopafstand

Er waren geen vaatwasblokjes, maar ook geen afwasmiddel, afwasborstel, theedoek of droogrek. Als je aan het reizen bent, neem je dat ook niet snel mee.
