Average but the the staff were non the less great.

The staff are very nice and treated me so well They were very available when needed and were always smiling when serving me. They are great people :)

The place is old and needs renovation. From the seats to beds and bedding. Even the sofas at the lobby looked very ancient. May be they could use the money they get from the hotel to renovate and put in new furniture. I was in sovereign 5 years ago and coming and everything seemed so old

Fantastic Experience!

Breakfast was outstanding. There were many options both local, European, and American plus unlimited fancy coffees (eg: cappuccino, latte, etc). The staff are fantastic. Genuinely kind, attentive, and helpful. Kenyan hospitality is truly incomparable!

WiFi was weak in some parts of the building.

breakfast food wasn’t that great, power kept going off i guess because of the rain but i’m not sure…didn’t like stairs as u arrive because u had many luggages.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, friendly staff, great ambience!

The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Finding ways to anticipate your needs. Helping out with little guests during meal time, offering floaters at the pool. Irregardless of their primary role, every member of staff is ready to help you and with good cheer too.

The mosquito net in our room wasn't fully functional.

Location is great. Breakfast was underwhelming, nothing to write home about, however, the fresh juice section is a great idea. Dinner was amazing, especially the Sushi, big up to the chef. Room and bed linens were white and clean.

The breakfast menu can do with some changes. It was too bland and simple. The pillows and the comforter had a stuffy, off-putting smell, it was as if someone had put clean covers on dirty pillows & comforter. They should check into that.

A gem, that requires refurbishment and upgrading ,though offering satisfactory service

Fast service at the reception .The gentleman processed the details very fast and i was directed well to my room with all the information necessary in a timely manner

The internet connection was like being rationed and could not work properly .i woke up at 3.00am to work as routine and there was no internet connection ,it made me almost miss a zoom meeting with my business partners across the continent.

Good enough, but water flow is weak.

The water barely comes out. Uncomfortable to stay long term.

Great location close to the lake and very near to town

The hotel poorly staffs the restaurant on the evenings, I felt extremely sad for the few staff who were ran of their feet and couldn't give the level of service needed, constant complaints from the diners which in my opinion Management should take the blame for
