The hotel was lovely and had a calming ambiance due to its location within Fort Canning Park. The hotel room was large. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Prices for food and drinks were very expensive considering the meal we had was pretty average and had to be sent back as it was undercooked. We were not able to eat in either of the restaurants as there were private functions on so didn’t get to try any al’a carte meals.

Location was fabulous, staff were friendly, and the gym was great even though it was undergoing a refurb.
I booked my room hoping to open a window for fresh air, but my room type didn't allow it. It would be good to state this on the room info on your website :-)

"It is in a quiet location in a park which is nice in a busy city. Rooms are light with very high ceilings and huge marble bathrooms. Two pools and paddle courts and a gym. Amazing staff."
