Short walk from trams, train station, Place de la Comédie, Triangle shopping centre. Comfortable bed and great arrangement of interconnecting rooms for those who need to be separated from a Super-Snorer !
Slippers provided but no robe, housekeeping a bit sloppy , very small bar with limited range of drinks and no atmosphere.

Lovely, stylish hotel, spotlessly clean and perfectly situated 2 minutes from Place de la Comedie and the old town. Staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble and so friendly. Great stay.

The hotel was beautiful, with authentic architecture and fittings; the entrance, bar area, original floorings and lift were impressive. The staff were professional and friendly. It was meticulously clean. It has a welcoming feel and a calm/relaxing ambience.
I would have preferred actual crockery in the room, rather than paper cups; I would also have liked some English breakfast or black tea as an option in the room, rather than only coffee or green tea.
The only real negative was the road it was on - there were people congregating and hanging around some of the shop fronts at all hours - it was off-putting.

Trying to charge my card over twice the total cost for the stay was unacceptable.
33 Euros for two drinks is ridiculous. Didn't buy anything elsebin the hotel.
