Excellent Venice experience, facilitated by the Da Bruno Hotel and the Charming Apartments.

Key collection was delivered professionally, with 2 hotel colleagues, taking our cases to the apartment, who then opened up for us and handed over the keys. Apartment location was perfect, opposite the hotel, in a central area to all that Venice has to offer. The kitchen is used and rustic, but has everything that you would require. Brand new bathroom fitted, which is a nice touch. Spacious bedroom with a walk-in storage cupboard.

We do not want these comments to be a complaint as such, but the kitchen furniture is ready for an upgrade. Because of the great location, there is a constant hum from the tourists on the busy street below, but this did not really bother us too much.

Reizendes Apartment im Herzen Venedigs

Das Apartment liegt ideal mitten im Herzen Venedigs fünf Minuten von der Rialtobrücke entfernt. Es ist komfortabel ausgestattet und verfügt über eine reizende Dachterasse. Die Schlüsselübergabe und Wegbeschreibung durch das Hotel da Bruno war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

La localité, la literie, le calme,

La wifi ne fonctionne pas Le sol est gelé mais c’est un détail. Très peu d’eau chaude pour la douche du matin ou mon conjoint a du se doucher à l’eau froide

El apartamento tenía de todo, productos de limpieza, de primera necesidad para el día a día,…

No me gustó que llegamos tarde y nos tocó ir a un hotel para que nos dieran las llaves, el código de números no fue suficiente porque estaba cerrado con llave. El secador estaba roto.

The view is amazing. We loved every second of our short stay.

The property was spacious but cozy, comfortable beds and views and a balcony to die for. Lasting memories made there.

Great place for a weekend getaway to Venice

The apartment is really spacious, close to everything in Venice, between San Marco and Rialto. Great staff, great everything. It's located just across the small street from Hotel Da Bruno so checkin is really easy.

Wi-fi doesn't really reach the back bedroom, but it's a really small problem that didn't really affect us

Beautiful property

So close to the basilica and Rialto bridge, a Coop right round the corner, and situated on a lovely quiet road. All pots and pans, dishes and cutlery were provided as well as tea, coffee, salt, sugar, toiletries. The living space and bedrooms and bathrooms were all generous in size. It's very pretty and modern. Staff are lovely. AC is in every room. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher!

Water pressure isn't amazing, but it's hardly an issue when everything else is perfect.

Awesome!!

Within the city centre hence close of lot of monuments. Amazing, very helpful staff. Huge apartment with all the amenities and services including coffee and washing machine, dishwasher. Did not have to search for things such as washing powder, dishwasher tablets. Everything was kept handy and easy-to-find places. They even kept basic food stuff such as sugar, salt, pepper. Very well maintained rooms.

It could be a task for people with walking disabilities or difficulties as the apartment is located on the third floor.

Convenience and value for money.

Location is very convenience, hotel staff at the reception and check out is very friendly. Good for young people but not recommend for elders as they have to climb up to the high floor (not good for their knees).

spacious, great location, very helpful staff. repair made right away. full kitchen. great bed and A/C worked well with July heat. Washing machine worked well.

only downside were the two futon couches... they were not good for sitting

Exceptional

Excellent, clean, well-kept apartment; very helpful, welcoming, Check-in staff, very accommodating to our early arrival, including luggage storage before we were shown over to the apartment. We loved having the outside terrace, while inside there was ample room and comfort for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, cool marble floors, great air-conditioning.

The shower could have been a bit more powerful ideally, and I would prefer a bathroom with an outside window, but no big deal.

A very convenient location with good facilities.

Ideal location for the waterbus at Fondamente Nove to the airport or the islands. Handy co-op supermarket and fruit/veg stall and a good selection of restaurants, a small cinema and a pharmacy only 5 mins walk away. We enjoyed staying in a more authentic, quieter area than the hotel, with an easy walk to Campo S.Apostoli for ice cream or to join the busy main route towards the Rialto bridge and St Marks Sq, or follow Strada Nuova where you can get a waterbus down the Grand Canal. The apartment was comfortable and clean and the hotel staff extremely helpful via email and provided a useful street map on our arrival. The photo shows our favourite local restaurant, looking towards the Gesuiti.

Don't forget to close the exterior shutters overnight to keep the room dark. Keeping the windows closed and using the air conditioning instead made sure that the mosquitoes stayed outside.

overall I give the property nine out of ten stars, I would love to stay there again.

It was perfect for my family and I, size and space of the apartment was great, the location was just perfect.

the only knock I had was the hot water would turn cold very fast, that was no good when it was time to shower.

I would definitely stay here again, and recommend this place to all my friends.

Stefano met us at the Hotel Bruno and brought us to the apartment. He was a great tour guide and gave great recommendations on the area. The apartment was perfectly located on a quiet canal but very close to everything. I highly recommend this property.

Shower worked well but it was difficult to keep the water inside the tub.

Great apartment!

The location is fabulous. Close to the main attractions but tucked away. Super quiet for sleeping and great to see the gondolas passing by throughout the day. The staff at the check in hotel could not have been more helpful.

It really is a great service from Hotel Bruno. We loved everything.

Neighbours opened up restaurant at 5.30am, they were a tiny bit noisy.

Apartment was clean and very well equipped. staff was very supportive with all information we needed.

Exactly as described, close to Rialto Bridge and San Marco. Apartment on ground level, two windows opening to a small canal on a quiet back street. Functional kitchen, two supermarkets close by. Clean. Good for two, more a bit crowded.

Excellent location (10mins walk) from jetty, our apartment was very spacious and value for money, convenience/grocery stay is just 2mins away. Staffs were so friendly & ready to help. Special mention to Igor & another young gentleman (with spectacles) behind hotel reception.
