Well located apartment, but definitely needs some retouch and upgrade.

Great location, pleasant and responsive staff.

We stayed as a group of 8, including 4 children. While the apartment was spacious enough for us, several maintenance issues affected our comfort. In one bedroom, two single beds were pushed together to make a double, but they weren't secured, so it was easy to fall between them. The double bed in the second room was quite creaky and felt unstable. None of the door locks worked, including the bathroom doors, which was inconvenient with a larger group. The sofa in the living room is best left folded — it doesn’t seem sturdy enough to use as a bed. Also, the living area doesn’t quite match the photos and feels more worn in reality. The fridge had broken shelves, making it hard to store food for a group our size. The washing machine had a strong odor and could use a good cleaning. We didn’t use the terrace due to bad weather, but from what we saw, it hasn’t been maintained since the photos were taken. A big issue during our stay was ongoing metro construction nearby, which went on until 4 AM every weekday. The noise from the underground work was clearly audible inside the apartment and made it difficult to sleep. So if you are going in the middle of the week you better check if it is still there. As a small note: the coffee machine uses a type of capsule you likely won’t find in regular supermarkets in Porto. Only a small amount is provided — not enough for four adults for more than a day or two. Overall, the apartment is livable and well-located, but it definitely feels like it’s due for some maintenance and updates. It no longer reflects the photos shown in the listing.

Very good

The apartment is very spacious, clean and new. The terrace is very nice to hang out with friends. The kitchen has coffee, tea and the basics to cook and clean. The owners agreed to an early check in and they let us leave the bags after the checkout in some other building in the same street. The location is within walking distance of the center.

The check in experience was not smooth. The owners agreed to an early check in, but showed up almost one hour late.

Su ubicación y tamaño ideal para familias numerosas. El personal de asistencia muy diligente, tuvimos problema con la caldera y nos respondieron rápidamente y en menos de 1 hora llegó alguien que pudo asistirnos y recuperamos la calefacción y el agua caliente (viajamos en invierno).

No estaba limpio se veía polvo en las esquinas, un fuerte olor a condimentos de cocina cuando llegamos, cubiertos y utensilios de cocina sucios guardados en las gavetas (nunca nos había pasado algo así). Hay humedad en las paredes. Es un excelente apartamento solo requiere mantenimiento y más cuidado de limpieza.
