Really good breakfast and big room. Comfortable bed. The small spa area is very nice - one steam bath and one sauna.
A very nice gimmick were the free candy bar and free cocktails in little bottles in the evening placed at the reception.
Pillows were quite hard. The surrounding area is a bit unusual - rather like some industrial building - still there are restaurants and a café quite close.

Mir gefallen die Details wie Wasserkocher, Tee und Kaffee im Zimmer zu haben und Kaffeespezialitäten am Automaten.
Die Handtücher wurden jeden Tag gewechselt, obwohl sie nicht auf dem Boden lagen, finde ich unnötig. Ich vermisste eine Milchalternative, habe allerdings nicht danach gefragt.

Sauber, freundliches Personal.
Wir waren nicht das erstmal da, waren diesmal aber etwas enttäuscht. Im Flur der 1. Etage kam wohl der Putz von der Decke. Weiter ist diesmal aufgefallen dass man die Kabel und Leitungen unterhalb der Badezimmerdecke sieht

The staff was very nice. Breakfast is wonderful. Location is good but not much around.
I requested a Queen bed and what we got was 2 Twin beds together that kept coming apart during the night. The Bathroom that showed on the picture was larger and with a tub. The Bathroom that we got was small with only a very small shower and the door was right by the toilet.

the price we were charged was different to the booked price, also there wasn’t any reference to fees for dogs in the room

Room was clean. Bed are comfy. Was tea and coffee and water as welcome gesture. Checking was fast. Room was spacious.
Heating did not work properly in first night
Door at the bathroom is design failure. If you are in the bathroom there is no space to open the door.

Cleaning quality. Garbage was removed from the dustbin and placed on the bathroom sink for no apparent reason.

Quiet and comfortable room, reliable WiFi and adequate working space. Location depends a little: It's in the middle of nowhere when looking at the map, but if you have business in the whole Überseering area, its location is extremely convenient.
There was a strange, and to my nose disgusting, scented oil spread in my room when I checked in, and as I couldn't open the windows I couldn't get rid of the stench all week.

the evening restaurant was too small for the size of the hotel. considering the location would have expected a bigger facility. breakfast was a bit of a rugby scrum.

the bed was comfy. staff very attentive. quick check in and out. close to Stadtpark and S Bahn Ruebenkamp. hand sanitizers everywhere.
the bathroom was a bit old. the smell in the corridor on the floor.
