A warm greeting and a lovely big room. The breakfast was exceptional- so much choice.

Good price, really nice hotel, comfy beds and 24 hour staff.
Staff were quite rude when I checked-in, almost felt like I was inconveniencing them!

Location is good, good public transport options. Good check-in and -out times.
Roomkeeping did a good job.
Very basic rooms with some basics missing (like a kettle for example). Breakfast room is too small and understaffed, so that options run out quickly with staff not having time or space to keep up.
Rooms are outdated (broken appliances, stains and marks)
Hallways are being used as storage for old furniture.
