A little gem of a hotel

Food was excellent , very chilled bar and restaurant . Quiet hotel , great beds , rooms lovely and spacious . Bathroom perfect size

We were very suprized how nice the hotel was compared with the "Best Western" at the same place.

The inside of the hotel is very bright and you never feel lost. The room, too, was bright, one did not feel to be in a big city. The stay was very pleasant.

The location is great and the hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and polite.

Location is good enough to reconsider staying there again

I sent my clothes for express laundry and gave it to the receptionist but she didn’t send it because she was busy on her phone and didn’t even made a proper customer service. We asked for early check in but we didn’t get it

Klasse Hotel in schöner Lage und mit sehr freundlichem Personal!

Personal, Zimmer und Ausstattung wären völlig in Ordnung. Besonders die Größe des Zimmers ist für Manhattan-Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich und hat uns überzeugt, für ein reguläres Zimmer mit zwei Betten. Die Lage ist top, die Stationen Fulton St, sowie City Hall / Brooklyn Bridge sind wenige Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und damit hat man 2 super Zugänge zum NYC U-Bahn Netz. Es gibt unten im Hotel ein Restaurant, welches wir nicht genutzt haben, daher können wir es nicht bewerten, aber dennoch ist positiv aufgefallen, dass man die Möglichkeit hätten direkt im Hotel zu speisen.

Generell würden wir das Hotel sofort wieder buchen! Ein Mini-Manko würde ich dennoch nennen. Wir waren zu einer Zeit dort, wo es wirklich richtig kalt war und leider ist die Dichtung der Fenstern nicht sonderlich gut, da hat es schon ganz schön gezogen. Natürlich kann man über die Klimaanlage auch ein bisschen heizen.

The washroom doors are not ergonomic and cause a lot of noise. The bed is not very comfortable

Um botique hotel charmoso mas que precisa de aumentar as dinâmicas com os clientes para haver mais interação nos espaço

O bairro Seaport é muito agradável e calmo. O Hotel tem boas condições mas não está ao nível de um cinco estrelas. A sala do restaurante tem muito requinte mas não tem muitos clientes.o lounge tem uma excelente decoração mas pouca dinâmica apesar de terem uma oferta happy hour para cocktails.

As janelas precisam ser trocadas.

Great quiet atmosphere. low key but personable. GET a TV in your BAR both sides. Safe!

Everyone and the Bartender, LaBron was FABULOUS !! Bernie was a wealth of knowledge. The Manager was kind and very helpful.

I did not like the coffee, Modern way of drinking in the room, it was awful but the real coffee down stairs was GREAT! I like hot brewed coffee not pour over stuff. No TV in bar, that is terrible.

Localisation top. Proche de tout et quartier très sympa . Petit déjeuner à la carte donc il vaut mieux prendre l’offre sur tout le séjour qui fait des reduc. (Pas de buffet, service au plat très bon) Chambre spacieuse et belle vue. Espace repas sympa.

Bruit dans la chambre du fait des vitrages vieillissants. Le personnel du week-end est moins sympa. Lits un peu trop mous à mon goût.

Not coming back

The fresh brew tea.

Parking. No valet or door man. Food room service was terrible! Didn’t even touch it. Not enough towels. Room was very small. Not like shown. Rats all over the streets outside.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Amazing location with local bars and restaurants close by, great access for Wall Street ferry and easy walk to subway. Comfortable clean and relaxing hotel with friendly staff.

Great New York hotel located close to Brooklyn Bridge, Di Fara pizza and the new Tin Building food hall by Jean George.

Great location, especially for families. Bernie the bar tender is the bartender you’ve always wanted to meet but never do. He’ll pour you a nice drink! Everyone there is very friendly!

I wish I had chosen another hotel as there are many good options in NYC for that price.

Location was good - nice neighbourhood and not far from subway. Room size acceptable for family of 4.

Definitely not worth the price. Small training room. Windows let the clarity and the noise easily in. Uncomfortable mattress. Had to ask for shower gel, shampoo, water and coffee every day - one day the soap was gone and not replaced; on 2 occasions the coffee did not come at all, on one occasion I was brought decaf "because no access to the coffee at that hour" (?!). In order to compensate for the situation, I was offered at check out 3 bottles of water (cost of 30 USD!) that I assumed were complimentary (as explained at check in and no price tag on the bottles in the room). Photos are misleading - I was expecting a roof top bar or balcony offering views to the Brooklyn bridge to all clients but only some rooms have it.

Fantastic get-away so close to the seaport and yet a million miles away comfortable and low-key

The room with the balcony overlooking the incredible seaport and bridge are exceptional can't beat the location and comfort.

Was a very pleasant stay near great restaurants

It was a great view

coffee maker was more expresso style and because of that the pods were specific for that maker. Hotel wanted to charge for more pods or $12 a pot.

Great Room, Great View, Great ambience

The staff and facilities were exceptional! Everyone was attentive, hospitable, and extremely friendly. I had a room with an attached balcony and the view was lovely looking onto the river. The quality of the craftsmanship in the room was also exceptional. I would absolutely stay here again!

The only knock I have is the fridge not really getting cold but I'm sure that's an easy fix.

it's a beautiful hotel: quiet and clean and friendly staff. a bit on the cheap side regarding amenities. considering

the location and the size is the rooms are huge. quiet non busy street to drive up to with an attentive helpful staff

complimentary coffee is from 7am- 8am. thats it! 1 hour window without cold water available in the lounge. nothing complimentary about it

unexpected delight

the room and view of brooklyn was amazing. well situated to vast urban hip restaurants. close proximity to the financial district, battery park and the ferries.

in dining menu was limited to 5 bfast options. menu was printed out on a piece of paper, didnt fit the standard of the hotel. the rooms are not sound proofed, we found this unsettling especially with a young one.
