The staff was outstanding.
Nothing really. Price was normal for area.

Great location, beautiful atmosphere and attractions within one building. Great size room.
The restaurant and cinema staff didn’t seem friendly at all. Though the concierge and bell hopper was so lovely.

Location and atmosphere
I think the fact it's part of a restaurant and bar, it removes the hotel feel and staff don't really know if you're a guest or customer for the other venues. That was disappointing, given we were meant to get a bubble upon check in, there was no water in the room (unless you paid!)
