Large room for nyc. Great view. Wonderful attentive staff. Clean. Had a more local neighborhood vibe.
A bit far from many of the activities we’d planned, but transportation costs were offset by lower hotel costs.

The hotel is modern, sleek, and the room we got with two beds was sufficiently spacious. The location is great, within walking distance to lower east side as well as Soho. We were extremely comfortable there and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I found the room to be sufficiently clean.
Only two complaints: (1) no coffee-making facilities in the room (though you can go up to the rooftop for coffee) and (2) You can't cast to the TV/watch Netflix etc on it.

amazon room with amazing view. the rooftop lounge is absolutely brilliant. facilities like complimentary coffee through the day, the lounge, the gym make it complete. the best is the location. super lilvely, super connected; amazing sights , sounds and food in abundance. just walking around Chinatown and little italy make every evening lively. we spent five nights and were never without something to do. the complimentary neighbourhood guided tour really gave us a feel of the history as well as the lifestyle of the local inhabitants.;p
the gym was just a tick the box, no real space and real equipment. otherwise no complaints at all.

Location was good, great view of city from my room, and there was a mini fridge for food to be stored.
Shower runs “warm” and those mini bar. System wasn’t working when I needed to check in so someone had to walk me up to my room and unlock it. This lasted the entire day. , very inconvenient and awkward.
