Location and most of all the staff. Would like to give a huge shout out to Blanca. I travel a lot to NY for work and Blanca always takes care of me.

Free breakfast. Ok location. Clean room.
Didn't know about elevator upon arrival so had to lug luggage up the stairs. Rooms are dark need more lighting but clean. Breakfast was meh. Housekeeping was slow to clean room but the birthday treat was a very nice touch. Felt it was expensive compared to Homewood Suites. No laundry facilities on site which was disappointing
