5 stars breakfast! I would always. love to have it whenever I come to this hotel, its fresh and really good, and has a big variety of options and salads, i would give it 10/10. and was my favorite between all other hotels during my stay...
Nothing indeed, everyting was perfect in this hotel and I would recommend it to everyone coming to Jerusalem, Its worth the money 100 percent! all you need is there! and the staff was really very friendly.

The staff were very professional and helpful.
The hotel is dated and needs to be redone. Very dark interior. Out side on our terrace it was not maintained. Weeds and debris needed to be cleaned up.

There were no fresh omelets or fresh eggs by a cook as day before. On the second day and it was NOT shabbath. MY husband was told an omelet would come from upstairs but it never came and we left. The coffee staff was rude and debilitating, a man talked down to me to move at the coffee station and he was staff, very out of line. The greeter was nice and most staff there were good but that one guy had hostility issues it seems. booo! It seemed to be lacking true genuine friendly service. It was as if the workers did not want to be there some of them, no smiles etc.
The housekeeping door slammed all day long across form our room, terrible management to let this continue. The hotel needs a silencer for that slamming door or foam when it closes after workers being in the room and leaving it. The front desk men would not let us have any grace at all to stay, not even 15 min, that was wrong. The room was too warm a few times. The attitude of front desk staff of a few must change, not friendly enough for hotel front line workers. The workers were too loud while working and the guests heard them too often loudly. They need a workers how to professional course.

When we arrived, we were upgraded to an executive suite: robes, slippers, fresh fruit, chocolates, and a balcony overlooking the city. Awesome!

Breakfast, food
10.0
The breakfast was of good quality, amount , and varity. The coffey was strong and plentyfull. No half and half, only milk. If you like bread this is the place for you. They had about 10 kinds, also many cresant type sweet rools. The buffet was gigantic. The only meat was fish. If you go to breakfast just take a little of the items you like, or else you can not eat every thing due to the varity of stuff.
The work out room is professionaly set up. Very nice.
Piano player at night. The large glass windows on the east wall were clean and the views were excellent.
There is a travel service on site.
The hotel caters to many large tourist groups. So sit away from the groups. They are always in a hurry and impatient.
