Great budget choice clean quiet and comfy with everything one might need
7 to 10 mins walk to 2 restaurants. We chose the Italian restaurant we saw on the 15 to 20 min walk from Niederrad station . About 6:50€ each way on the train 3 stops. Would have walked through the forest with back packs if we had arrived earlier
Bit of a hike from the station but walk mainly lit and felt safe. The walk is through a business park although a section is along the edge of a fairly desolate car park. There were loads of people around when we returned to the station before dawn … about 6:30 am on a week day

Check-in took only a few minutes. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly. He recommended some activities and shopping facilities, and some nice places to visit. There were plenty of car parks with easy access on site. The beds were very comfortable. They welcomed us to a cooled down room in that very hot weather. The breakfast was great. We stay at this hotel whenever they have available rooms for us. The hotel is a short distance from the highway.

The automated check-out is a nice thing and it is also great to be able to enter the hotel parking lot and to leave it without having to use any card or opening the car window.
I was extremely disappointed when I found out that right under the "right from the oven" sign at the breakfast, the bread slices were cold as if just taken out of the refrigerator (which was obviously the case). Moreover, the slice I took was visibly mouldy, and when I spoke to the maid, she took the tray back to the kitchen and came back with what looked like just the slices without any mould. This is a direct contradiction to what I was told at the check-in: that the breakfast is always 100 % fresh so it has to be ordered on the evening before at latest.
Furthermore, I had stayed in a few hotels but I never encountered the cheapest toilet paper at the toilet until I came to the B&B hotel.
I was not planning to complain but since you asked for me feedback, here it is.
