Generally it's good place to stay, but not at cold period.

It was very cold in a house (about 16-18 degrees) and we weren't able to change temperature. All radiators were cold all 3 days (they were warm only at arrival time), AC didn't work for heating. No parking on premises, it's just street parking. No possibility to pay by card, cash only.

A nice and well designed appartement, in a quiet and authentic quarter of Firenze. The host was nice and helpful. We took the light rail to get to the city center.

Perfect place to spend a few days in Firenze if you like traveling alternatively..This is no luxury hotel with room service but a loving appartment beautifully arranged by caring host Francesca, City center is a 15-20min walk away along the Arno river. Appartment is in a quiet road. Parking the car for free in the street was no problem for us at all.

We really enjoyed the peaceful and relaxed neighborhood, but if you can't live without a choice of multiple restaurants just downstairs this may not be your preferred place. For everyone else, looking for a little more space and not afraid to walk a bit - a wholehearted recommendation.

A very welcoming and kind host. Quiet and close enough to the tram that it makes going into the city centre quick and easy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal at home if you need a break from the city meals.

Spacious, quirky apartment in nice suburb. 40 mins walk along the river or 10 mins by tram to the centre.

Olivia has a luxury apartment on the second floor of her house. I liked everything very much. Excellent mattresses and pillows. Will be back 100 percent again!

We liked the library in the hall (this was really anice surprise), nice atmosphere and good neighborhood.

The appartment needs some small repairs, but in general we were very satisfied. We expected bigger garden.

The host was super hospitable. The location is perfect to park your car for free in front of the house and then grab car2go and drive around the city. It’s quite and peaceful area. Could only recommend comfier bed mattresses and linen yet I think we’ve paid for what we got so we left the place with positive experience.
