Acogedora y equipo muy servicial.

Las habitaciones dobles y la familiar muy buuenas y cumplieron completamente las expectativas, pero la habitación triple tenían muy mala iluminación y no había mucho espacio para las maletas. No recomendable si no andas en auto, es un poco retirado del centro y con mala comunicación.. Pero precio/calidad lo recomiendo de todas maneras. Comidas muy gourmet y restaurant y terraza muy agradables para compartir en familia como fuimos nosotros 11 personas.

Que el restaurant no funcionara los fines de semana, sólo durante la semana, considerando que está alejado de todo.

Pleasant hotel convenient for Toulouse

A nice, small hotel, seemingly family owned, by the side of a busy main road to the south of Toulouse. The reception area and restaurant /bar on the ground floor are modern and inviting. I took dinner there on two evenings. The restaurant is closed on Saturday and Sunday. I had breakfast every morning. The evening meals were well presented and good value. Breakfast was a varied buffet and around the price one would expect to pay nowadays. The hotel was very clean, both in the public areas and in my room. The weather was hot during my stay and the efficient aircon in my room was very welcome and not excessively noisy. The bed was comfortable. Off road parking is available at the side and rear of the hotel. The hotel is well placed for visiting Toulouse and is on a bus route with a frequent service.

The rooms are not as modern as the public areas downstairs and are in need of updating. The shower is over the bath which has quite a high side, making it a little difficult to step into if you have an infirmity. The rooms are all on the first floor and there isn't a lift, so would not be suitable for anyone disabled. There is some traffic noise as the main road outside of the hotel is very busy from early in the morning.

Very misrepresented on Booking.com site and very disappointing after 3 hours driving on a hot day.

Breakfast was OK but didn't seem particularly fresh.

The room had air conditioning but I prefer an open window at night and there were no mosquito defences so I was badly bitten. The bathroom was not acceptable - there was black mould evident and it needs updating - it felt grubby. I arrived just before 9pm and found the restaurant had already closed. I was shocked to have a 100 euro 'caution' taken on my gold credit card - there had been no mention of this when I booked. The shady terrace was dirty and was like sitting in a garage.

Exceptional

Staff was very kind and helpful, food was nice (in the room), and I was passing by so location for me was very good. I would recommend it. Very chic decoration, and once the bar opens it sure would be a nice place to gather for a beer.

Good location for Bioparc / Oncopole Staff generally pleasant and helpful Room very clean

Cost of the breakfast - particularly as this was not explained at check in or advertised anywhere- 21 euros for breakfast is crazy - pay less at a 4 star hotel!! Very disappointed not advised of cost before checkout! Would not have had breakfast if known the price since othe much cheaper options available close by!!!

Good accommodation South of Toulouse

The restaurant is very good value and offers a varied menu. Very enjoyable and good service. The room is fine, the bed provides a good sleep, the bathroom is a little dated. Overall the hotel is better than it looks

It is not a very appealing hotel, it could need some refurbishment to justify the price. Corridors and access to the rooms are not nice but rooms, once the door shut are quite ok.
