Staff/ volunteers are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a decent amount of food for a reasonable price. The location is near the train and convenient for exploring the city. There are restaurants close, in addition to public transportation.
The room appeared to be partially serviced, with dirty and missing towels. (This was quickly rectified by the check-in desk)

location excellent and friendly staff
upper bunk beds are a bit squeaky and would be nice if beds had a curtain each for more privacy.

It's close to the city center, the staff was nice, there is an elevator and AC in the dorms, the breakfast is really nice
The building is old and not in the best condition. I couldn't close the window in the bathroom, which let in hot air from outside. The carpet on the floor was loosely placed and wrinkled.

"The hostel is very close to the centre and the price for last minute stay night was very affordable. Hostel beds were comfy and very clean."
