Very good budget option.

Everything was good excepting the noise from the pub downstairs. Not much they can do about. The staff they did their best to help us with our bikes so they they deserve our appreciation.

for the quality, it should have been cheaper, staff were nice and check in/out was efficient.

No lift, had to carry heavy bag up two flights of stairs. Room was pretty tatty, floors, particularly the bathroom, were uneven.

Really has a serious problem

Only location and a reasonable price

Rude staff who cannot speak English at all, Toilet flushing doesn't work so I had to cover the toilet. Noisy all night long in the street outside the property so couldn't have a sleep. Upstairs accessible by stairs only, no lift.

Small but comfortable room

Very comfortable bed, the room had everything we needed. Close to a Lidl.

The room was quite small, but that is very common in France when booking fairly priced rooms.

Parking can be tricky, book ahead at hotel

We are a family of 5 and stayed in a quintuple room which consisted of 2 single beds and a double sofa bed with single bunk on the top. It was fine for one night but the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. It was also fairly cramped, in the room (lack of space to put suitcases), but fine for one night. There was a cute little balcony and shower room with separate toilet. Little sachets of soap and shampoo were available in little cups in the bathroom which was nice. The shower wasn't particularly powerful, but was hot enough. Parking in the centre of Toulouse is a nightmare, but this hotel offers the opportunity to park in a neighbouring hotel's secure car park for 15 euros a night. We didn't book this in advance (naively thinking we'd get free on-street parking). After driving around Toulouse and being unable to find a parking space, my husband dropped me at the hotel and I enquired about the parking situation with the receptionist. He was really helpful and walked me to the carpark (which is just round the corner) and then to the neighbouring hotel and introduced me to the receptionist there. After paying our 15 euros and car reg, we were given a code to get in and out of the car park. It's not a massive car park, but we were lucky there were spaces. I'd advise anyone staying in this hotel to book the car park ahead, if travelling by car (unless they're familiar with the city and have other parking options).

Small room but perfect location and friendly people

Perfect location, short walking distance from train station and also close to old town / city center. Non-stop reception, friendly staff. A bakery is working right next to the hotel.

The bathroom was pretty small. Like a ship/airplane bathroom, but practical and has all you need.

Perfect for a stop off between travel

the central location opposite the train station was perfect. I had a first floor room and as the reception was on the first floor I had already climbed the stairs. There was everything that was required for a nights sleep in the center of the city provided in the hotel

the plug for the sink got stuck in place and at 11pm with an early start I was not prepared to try to remove it

The staff were helpful. very easy access to the railway station and metro

I hadn't realised there was no lift, I stayed in a small cramped room on the third floor. had to manouver around the loo to get into the shower, the washhand basin was not even in the tiny bathroom.

Superb

I like the location. It was near the bus station and most attractions of the city so we just walked around to visit them. The room was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

Perfect location for early morning train.

Great location for a 6.30am train. The room was comfortable with a smart TV, and the staff were very friendly.

Little bit noisy, but to be expected with this price in the city centre!

We. Me and my family had a wonderful experience with them.Very nice and clean.Right at the centre.Staff was so so friendly and helpful.Actually the staffs are better then the hotel itself ☺️

location is good near the train station, it's easy to reach there. The room is quite good if you don't need anything much just need someplace to sleep.

If the reception could speak English it should be very nice.
