The room and bathroom is the correct size, the kitchen is fully equipped for a short stay. The parking is available at extra pay but very easy to access and safe. We were impressed with how quiet it is, it felt No one else was using the hotel. The staff was super helpful and spoke English and Spanish.
There is no 24h reception desk, so need to plan ahead to collect the keys. The area is a bit dodgy at night but we had no issues.

Easy walk to train station

Very practical and comfortable accommodation. Really well designed kitchen , bathroom and living area.
Bedroom was very comfortable. Heating/ Aircon worked well.
Whilst the accommodation was within easy reach of the railway station, this was also a negative as it wasn’t the most salubrious neighbourhood. It felt safe enough though.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
Everything was great except I got locked out of my room in the middle of the night before I had an early flight the next morning. Another guest closed and locked an interior door and I could not get to my room because it would not accept my room key. I had to call the emergency number and talk to multiple people before someone would come and let me in. The manager did her very best to help but it took hours for them to get the door open and I lost many hours of sleep because of it.

"Excellent location near train station and easily walkable to the best part of Toulouse's shopping, restaurants, museums. Comfortable, clean room. Wish we had time to stay and enjoy the outdoor space."
