Kind and helpful stuff, available non-stop. Tidy spaces, also the building is nice. Quite area, felt more residencial and full of student related stuff, being nearby a few universities. It's close to some restaurants with tasty food, supermarkets, relatively close to the metro station, also the train station for us to easy reach other cities in Portugal.
We stayed just for 1 night, but it happened to hear various noises during the night, dog barks from the terrace nearby us (room was on the 1st floor, on level with the terrace), also thin walls and heard the washing machine from the laundry room. The private bathroom has the minimum required surface, it is smaller than the common bathroom.

The area was in a nice, peaceful part of town, and the staff were friendly.
The room was extremely small and there was almost no room to put anything down, except on the floor. This was even worse in the bathroom and especially the shower.

Quiet and clean. Location: some distance to walk to downtown. Many restaurants nearby.
Quite cramped. No elevator so steep staircase to navigate with suitcase. No kettle available at all to boil some water for coffee 😞 . Language problematic

"We had everything we needed. Clean room, stable and fast wifi, very quiet neighbourhood, close to downtown and very easy for commute, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming."
